I left the store with more solutions than problems I had to begin with! Vinny was so welcoming & ready to help & sat with me for TWO HOURS to get me set up! Not only was he welcoming, he also spoke to me so kindly and educationally. As a young woman, majority of men in the sales field do not treat me with respect and feel the need to treat me like an idiot for not knowing every single thing about every single thing…. Vinny made me laugh, helped me learn some new information about my new phone & apple watch, & genuinely made my day! The excellent customer service on top of the vast product/system knowledge is the reason I will ONLY be coming to this store for future assistance!!

Visited this location to upgrade to a new iPhone 15 Pro 512gb since ordering through the website failed to verify my identify and they are never on-hand. The order did not include trade-in from my iPhone 12 and I was also enrolled in Next Up and Protect Advantage without my consent.

I have tried to buy phones from this store twice and have found them very unhelpful. Walked in the store was told to hold on a sec. Person disappeared in the back closet. Waited for 30 minutes. The moment we bailed, she came out so I went back in and said sorry we are out of IPhones.

Highly unethical practices by the rep Bryan G that helped us with our new device. He continued to push a “new and better plan” that was suppose to be cheaper. I declined that plan because I added up the costs and saw it was in fact much more expensive. Got my bill and he changed the plan anyways without our consent. Please only do business over the phone or online where all calls and transactions can be seen and or recoded.

I walked into a empty store and waited for someone to come out to the floor. Walked around for a bit, then someone finally came out to greet me. I asked for assistance with getting everything from my old phone synced over to my new phone since my old one still operated on a SIM card and the new one is an electronic sims. Just to ensure it was all done properly. Patrick (the employee on duty) told me I could go to geek squad to receive assistance instead of just helping me. I’ve worked retail before and I understand wanting to leave right at close, but I also understand helping the customer. I would understand turning me away if I came in 5-10 minutes before close, but that wasn’t the case. He spent more time explaining to me why I needed to go to geek squad than he did actually helping me.
