I hate that they want to shop for you at these places. Said they didn't have the part we got, we didn't correct them.
Still it's very handy to be able to pick up parts on demand rather than ordering them.

I've been coming to this location for 4 years now and I have always had an amazing customer service experience. Today I came in for some oil and things. The young man at the registered didn't give me a chance to put in my autozone rewards number. Then, when I asked for a bag, he just grabbed a bag and threw it on top of my stuff and said "there ya go". Very rude young man

Highly Reccomend Autozone on 14th in Bentonville. The parts manager did not get his name went above and beyond to ensure we had the right part and it would work properly.

Zack was very polite and professional. He tested my battery and showed me the battery life was low and why I needed a new battery. He installed it quickly with no problems. AZ is fortunate to have employees such as Zack on their staff!

I rate Autozone stores above their competition with similar pricing but slightly better assortment. And they're a lot easier to get in and out of than Walmart.
I bought a battery at this location a couple of months ago. The guy helping me was very attentive. He tested the battery in the car and determined it was bad. He then found the battery I needed and was on his way outside to install it in the freezing weather when another employee offered to take over. Outside I found out the original person was the District Manager. I appreciate everyone helping out, his title didn't matter, he was still willing to get the job done.

Had a simple problem of needing to replace a fuse. Even had a fuse to replace it. Just couldn’t figure out where the primary fuse box was under the dash and google wasn’t helping. Happened to be by this Autozone so I swallowed my pride and asked for help. Cory came out and located the fuse box and replaced it in about 5 seconds. Huge help. Really appreciate him and this location.

Two employees greeted me when I entered, and one helped me pick out the correct fuel treatment for my 4 wheeler and another for my jeep. They were both knownedable and friendly.
