Good place to do laundry but I wish they had a bathroom and the lights worked outsidewhen it’s dark, you can’t see anything in the parking lot and the “open sign” is never on (even if it’s 24 hours, it would be nice to know from the outside?)

Needed to wash large bedding. One of the reasons I chose this location was because of the reported low rates. WRONG$13 for the very few large capacity washers and $9 for the “regular” size.$3 for 30 min large dryer / $1.25 for 30 min regular.AND, they claim to accept credit cards but it’s via an app you have to download. It can be used on the washers but you still have to have cash of some sort (for change) to use the dryer.100% will not return

I had to do a couple loads of laundry in an emergency situation while I was down here for work. This place is clean, and the attendant started the dryer for me for free. That was very kind. If I need to do some quick laundry again while in NWA, I will always go back here.

Love it as much as I did the last time I rated the place a few years ago. Glad to see they still have the mini pantry where you can leave/take food and paper goods.

Nice place to get your clothes or bed coverings washed. A little on the pricey side for the biggest washers but the dryers work really really good. Went in the middle of the night and I was the only one there but it wasn't too bad. New spot to wash my blankets and sheets.

This establishment is clean. The restrooms that are available to customers were also very clean. The vending machine was empty. Management was super nice and the fact they offer free wash and dry between certain hours every 2nd Tuesday of the month is such a blessing.

If you're paying by card, $12 is the cheapest washer. Also, no public restroom available. Don't waste your gas coming here.

The absolute worst laundromat I have ever been to in my entire life. $5 for one small load of laundry. A significant number of the machines are broken. The ceiling is falling apart and the building is disgusting. I put five quarters into one of the dryers and it said error and then would not return them. There's no ability to use card or mobile payment. Overall, I would rather drive to Rogers and go to any other Laundromat than use this laundromat in Bentonville. I will not be returning to this rip off and I would be ashamed if I was running it.Edit: If you notice in the owners response to this review they did not state that any specific complaint I made was incorrect. That should tell you a lot about the accuracy of my review. Furthermore, I called the office to complain about the dryer stealing quarters and did not receive a response. This place is ran by thieves.

Very nice, _clean_, and functional 'coin op' laundry. We used both the commercial and regular front-loaders and they worked as advertised. On-site staff made sure everything was clean, the floor was swept and the equipment stocked/working. All of the equipment is new/newer, and several of the machines are 'phone pay' enabled. If you haven't left the house in the past couple of years, you'll probably be in for a bit of sticker shock. It does cost more to do laundry these days, but the price is not out of line with other spots I've been in the past year. And check their website for their community support offering. They've also got 'drop off' service available. We were there twice in the same week (mountain bikes, rain and dogs create lots of laundry), and the experience was consistent.Highly recommend!

EXTREMELY overpriced coin laundromat, especially for how outdated the building is inside and out, and the lack of cleanliness. It should not cost $25 to get 3 medium loads of laundry washed and dried. They are actively taking advantage of people at a disadvantage - shame on you.

This place was extremely expensive and DIRTY! There were a few machines not working. Had I not needed the extra large front washers I would of gone elsewhere!

If the restrooms weren't locked all the time it would be better. Especially when you're there for 2 hours doing laundry.
