“I first reached out to Superior Mazda about a month ago letting them know my interest in a CX-5. Rex was the one who reached out to me, and today i sent him a message letting him know I was ready to purchase (I've known from the get-go the CX-5 was for me - this is now my 3rd). The exact model I wanted had been sold the day before, but he didn't give up!! He was able to find me a newer model, under my max price point, and it all took just under 3.5hrs (I can remember when you needed a full 8hr day to go through everything), which was amazing. Rex was just wonderful, as was everyone else at the dealership. “I've now used Bob Morey twice and been extremely satisfied both times. The first was for body work after we were backed into by a motorhome. But with the most recent incident, all I requested was a diagnosis and a quote. Instead, they identified the electronic issue, remedied the situation, and didn't bill me for the labor OR the diagnosis due to the simplicity of the repair. In this day and age where everyone is looking to scam you for a dollar, that goes a long way towards demonstrating the type of shop they operate.
