“I first reached out to Superior Mazda about a month ago letting them know my interest in a CX-5. Rex was the one who reached out to me, and today i sent him a message letting him know I was ready to purchase (I've known from the get-go the CX-5 was for me - this is now my 3rd). The exact model I wanted had been sold the day before, but he didn't give up!! He was able to find me a newer model, under my max price point, and it all took just under 3.5hrs (I can remember when you needed a full 8hr day to go through everything), which was amazing. Rex was just wonderful, as was everyone else at the dealership. I gave him the truck on a Thursday before leaving for a weekend trip and he said it would have been ready Monday at the latest but I wasn’t back until Tuesday so it gave him extra time. The color match was perfect and it came back looking amazing! There was a minor scratch on the edge of my driver side door after that he also offered to fix. “I've now used Bob Morey twice and been extremely satisfied both times. The first was for body work after we were backed into by a motorhome. But with the most recent incident, all I requested was a diagnosis and a quote. Instead, they identified the electronic issue, remedied the situation, and didn't bill me for the labor OR the diagnosis due to the simplicity of the repair. In this day and age where everyone is looking to scam you for a dollar, that goes a long way towards demonstrating the type of shop they operate. “It took 6 visits and multiple shops. It was not a fun process. The POS insurance adjusters Jacob and Nick from progressive tried their hardest not to pay for damages associated with the wreck. But after multiple phone calls to the mechanics involved in fixing our car and yelling and the insurance people, basically forcing everyone to be honest, we got the repairs paid for. We are still out of pocket thousands of dollars from lost wages and rental cars. But in the end, our car did get fixed. Don't let insurance adjusters or mechanics steam roll you. If your car was in a wreck, make insurance pay for everything! That is their job!”

“Took an older vehicle to Dave’s to get body work done after we got sideswiped. Really wasn’t expecting much considering the age of the car. Was willing to accept the paint being a little off, maybe not a perfect hood alignment, or the little pieces of plastic and the fasteners in the engine compartment to be not addressed or missing. Holy cow. They not only spent a lot of time helping us find the replacement parts (two bumpers left in the country), but went above and beyond making things work. And the car looks better than new. Every single fastener was in place (they used new ones where they needed to), hood lined up perfectly, and the paint was flawless. Plus I got it back way sooner than I thought I would. Go see these guys.”

Went to Gerber Collision and Glass in Tontitown and David and his team took care of me and removed the decals and all the adhesive in like 15 minutes leaving the glass pristine. “Tommy wisely questioned my decision to fix an older vehicle with 200k+ miles on it. I told him that I was given a verbal estimate over the phone from a competitor and that it was too high so if his estimate was close to that, I would just end up salvaging the vehicle. This did not detour Tommy - he took lots of pictures and entered everything into his quotation software. After printing out the quote and giving it to me (higher than I expected) he gave me a name of a good salvage company. Collision Connection didn't even charge for the estimate. I'm sure that had I gone through with it - they would've taken care of me. I figure - if they go through great detail on the small things, they'll do the same with the big things!”
