Browns Collision is currently doing repairs on my 2023 Honda, they have gone above and beyond with dealing with my insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way! I truly appreciate their customer service and communication! Thank you!!!!!I was able to pick up my car this afternoon! Mitch called me consistently and kept me informed every step of the way and even stayed late so I could pick it up before the weekend! When I picked up my car, not only were the repairs perfect, they had also washed my car and taken extra special steps to ensure the highest level of customer service! The entire team is to be commended! I know my insurance company held them up a bit as well as space in their facility and I truly appreciate them and going above and beyond!Services: Painting

I took my vehicle to Brown’s collision here in Bentonville. I have to say they had the job done in less than two days and it’s remarkable. They did a great job on how my car looks. However the time it took was ridicules, I’m not sure how they are still in business because it took them a little over three weeks to fix my car. Not only that but they never once called to tell me it was taking longer than expected, every time I called them I was given very short answers. If you want it done in a timely manner you might want to consider going elsewhere. Overall a poor customer experience and I wouldn’t go again, took way to long and the headache of trying to find rides for three weeks isn’t worth it.

Anytime you have to go to a collision center, it can be stressful! But not at Brown's. They were very responsive, communicated well, and did a beautiful job repairing my husband's truck. Just two weeks after we bought the truck, he was rear-ended. The owners worked closely with us, keeping us updated every step of the way. We are very thankful for the wonderful job they did. Everyone we spoke with was very thorough and friendly. Great customer service! Dave was great to work with as well. If you need repairs, I would highly recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

I have now had three cars serviced at Brown’s. I would never go anywhere else. Mitch and the team went out of their way to help me each step of the process. This most recent time the car was unfortunately totaled, but the two other times the cars were fixed perfectly and you would never know they were in an accident. Edit: Allstate called them and did admit that a tire on my car was punctured when they had due to an employee running something over. Ok, so. It happens. Why did they have to loe and be shady about it. Also Mitch B**** told Allstate that they shaved the tire down to match the others since they were in good conditiin and that it would not have caused the wear i spoke.of. well i trust the dealerahip who jas serviced my car for 5 years over some place that cant even admit they had to replace a tire. I wouod not have been upset. Just tell me what happenedm i really am reasonable person and knows that thing happen. Used Brown's because it was on the preferred list from Allstate when a sign hit my car. There was just body damage mostly to the hood of my car. They had My car for a month. an incident happened that they will not tell me about. They ended up having to replace a tire on my car unrelated to the body work. I did not find out about it until a month after picking up my car. Took my car In for service and dealer ship said I needed 3 new tires on my car. My tires are not old and in good shape. I asked why only 3 and they said well 1 tire is brand new. I had not replaced a tire in the month from picking my car up from Brown's. So ended up spending $600 on tires because they replaced 1 and never told me. My car is AWD . If I had known I could have taken it to be looked at. But because they never told me my tires wore unevenly and wire was showing on 2 tires. could of caused a blow out. When I called Brown's about it noone ever called me back. I stopped by one day. I was escorted out of the building by my advisor and he said he could neither confirm or deny that my car was the one there was an incident with and an employee had to buy a new tire for a car. He said I am sorry not sure what you want me to do. When I picked my car up after it was fixed noone walked me through what was done or make sure I was happy with the work. I have sent In a complaint to Allstate

Being as nice as I can be here. The final product and work on my truck was great but the overall experience with their customer service and communication was horrible, embarrassing horrible. I asked for regular updates in my initial 1 week estimate. Day before I was scheduled to pick up, they pushed it out 2 weeks with no communication on what was happening. When I called and asked why, the guy Dave, said they were super busy I’d be lucky to get my truck back within a month. I had to call multiple times to get any updates. The lack of professionalism is sad. I will not be recommending or returning to Brown’s Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Went to get an estimate twice and each time was told they couldn’t do it and would have to schedule a time. I have never before had to wait just for an estimate. I will never go to this business for service.

Being as nice as I can be here. They do good work and the end results for my body work was great. But their customer service and communication is horrible, which made my overall experience very poor. An initial 1 week estimate turned into 3 weeks and the only way I could get updates was calling and asking for someone/ anyone to call me back. They kept claiming to be soo busy but that's not my fault. If they can't handle the workload, they shouldn't take on any additional work. I asked for regular updates and did not get them, I had to call for them. I will avoid them in the future and make sure everyone I know does the same. Disappointing

I was gonna try them out because I live close but I didn’t even want to move forward after speaking the the the front desk lady for less than 2 minutes lol she was rude and had such a attitude about really simple questions. Take your car to bob Mallony they are were supper friendly and helpful.

Wanted a full body paint job for my classic Tahoe. The ehem, gentleman, told me that it would cost $10K plus. I said, that is what I expected and I'm ok with moving forward with the estimate. I was basically told it was too hard and would take too long and they didn't want my business. That would have been cash in hand with no insurance involvement. So, no, I do not recommend working with this company.
