They were very easy to work with. They made the whole process seamless. They even washed and cleaned the inside. Very friendly and courteous. They also returned my rental so all I had to do was pick up my car!!

Went here for an estimate on damage to my car. Megan is so friendly; she’s a kind person in person and over the phone. Phillip was the guy who did our estimate and he too was friendly and helped us get what we needed.

Philip and the whole Caliber team were terrific through this whole process. They are very professional, care about your vehicle, and want to make the process as smooth as possible. The kept me up to date on repairs and even helped with the rental car. Would definitely recommend this location for their honest, quality work and the knowledge that they bring.

You won’t find a better group of people! I first used them to repair the tailgate on my truck, and they were awesome—friendly, easy to work with, and the tailgate looked perfect when they were done. So when my wife was involved in a hit-and-run, there was no question in my mind where to take her vehicle. I knew we’d be in great hands again. Highly recommend!

These guys are my heroes after diamond car wash brings the paint on my car. They gave me a very reasonable quote. Got it fixed in a day and a half. They even detailed my car. The manager could not be nicer. Absolutely respectful. Nicest staff. 11/10. My car looks great.

I visited today for an issue with my car window. The team inspected it thoroughly and found that the rotor was gone. Even though it needed more work, they adjusted the window for me at no charge so I could use it in the meantime. I really appreciated their honesty, quick service, and willingness to help without charging for the adjustment. Excellent customer service!
