My Sophie had a great experience her first day at Camp Bow Wow. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. I was able to check in on Sophie throughout her stay via the Camp Bow Wow app. This provided peace of mind being able to see her playing and knowing that she was being well cared for. Sophie came home exhausted from all the fun she had :)

We received a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived for our pup’s interview. They ask the questions that help them know some of the needs of your pet for better interaction and care.A great place for your pet!!

My dog loves to go to Camp Bow Wow! We pull in the parking lot and she pulls me to the front door. She is always excited to be with other dogs. The staff are friendly and the fact they offer bathing and nail trimming, etc. is a big bonus.

Boarded my sweet Boz there for 4 days July 17-20. We saw Bozwell on camera and all was well. We had requested a bath to wash of slobber. We were going to be late on day of pickup. Called and ask for Boz to be kept in kennel so as not to get reslobbered on. Not a Big deal. Girl at front desk wasn't sure how to put a gentle leader on pet. Not a big deal! Was not given a report on stay ( as all previous boarding facilities do) NOT a big deal!Had Influenza vaccines given before boarding as Camp Bow Wow Bentonville was having an outbreak of Canine influenza. Saw on Review on Camp Bow Wow that Management was requiring Canine influenza vaccine before you could board. This was NOT a requirement when I scheduled. When I picked up Boz, he had one normal stool- then squirts which turned into very bloody diarrhea. Boz went no where except out of town for A birthday part at Son's house. When returned home took Boz to Vet's -$200.00. Now, I get a call from Son- now his dog is starting with Diarrhea. In my opinion- they hire very young staff ( who do love the dogs) but do not have the training or experience needed for safe and healthy boarding experience. Will not be back.

We have been grooming with CBW for the past 3 years and we love Melinda! Our dog gets excited when he hears her name because he knows he gets his shower and haircut. Reasonably priced and the pups are always playing when we get there!

My dog has been boarded 3-4 times at Camp Bow Wow over last year and we’ve utilized their bathing services too. We’ve never had any issues until recently.I showed up last weekend to board my dog and they had no reservation listed for her, despite me calling earlier in the week to set this up. They still had room available and booked my dog for an overnight stay anyway. When I picked up my dog I briefly heard the employee on the phone with someone else and reporting that their dog was coughing and should be picked up.Nothing further was said and I paid the bill and left. Two days later my dog became very lethargic, started coughing, vomiting, and stopped eating. I called Camp Bow Wow and asked if they knew of any kennel cough exposures and was told “oh yes, we’ve had several owners call and report that their dogs are sick. We have confirmed kennel cough and canine influenza.”I took my dog to the vet and it turns out my dog caught kennel cough AND canine influenza during her short stay, despite being vaccinated. I had to take her back to the vet two days later because her symptoms were getting progressively worse and she also has pneumonia now. She’s on five medications and our vet bills have already totaled more than $600 so far. The vet wants to see her again in a few days for another check up due to how poorly she’s been.I’m giving 2 stars because we have had positive experiences in the past, but we should have definitely been notified by Camp Bow Wow that there was a large outbreak during her recent stay and to be on the look out for symptoms. I should not have had to call them to ask and nonchalantly be told they’ve had numerous cases.

Picked up my sweet babies Ruby and Romy! I had to go on a 2-week trip and it really helped being able to see my pups on the cameras. I called multiple times just to get verbal checkups ( because Im a helicopter mom) and having those updates would make my day. My pups got baths and smell AMAZING! Will definitely be using them again, I trust no one else but Camp Bow Wow and will be sure to send my babies friends their way!

This place is wonderful. They treated my dogs like they were their own. I always know my dogs are safe when at camp. Canine influenza is not an issue for dogs because they are vaccinated, as any dog should be that goes public places. Ie daycare, parks, neighborhoods, apartment complexes, breweries, or hiking. A huge thank you to Jason, Scarlet, Jessica, and staff!
