“I stopped by this morning and was greeted with a smile by Kyle he brought me an air freshener and asked if everything was working how it should then when I was trying to get my car to go through the auto car wash I was having trouble getting my car into neutral and he was very patient with me and didn’t get frustrated with me at all.”
“After a recent issue at the Centerton location, I had planned on canceling my subscription and no longer using Diamond. The operations manager has some work to do on learning how to conduct proper customer service. I was able to get a hold of higher leadership with the business via their Facebook chat and had my issue resolved.”
“Love that they take cards and I can hand wash as long as I want. Same with the vacuums. However, this time around, 2 out of 4 vacuum heads were cracked and not good. The 3rd vacuum, the card reader didn’t work, but I moved to the one remaining fully functional vacuum. Hope they fix them soon. But overall, I do like this place. Never used the automated car wash.”
