Gas pumps work like crap. I was in and out of that store 3 times trying to get gas. Worse location ever.

This is nothing against the people working at the Casey's on 11th in Bentonville, but the owner really needs to hire more staff. I regularly stop into this Casey's and, nearly every single time, there is no one watching the cash register and we have to flag someone down for at least 4 - 5 minutes. I might sound like a snowflake, but it's quite irritating that it happens so consistently and that it could be fixed by simply having more people working there. Again, it's not the staff's fault, but come on - this is basic stuff. BTW, the pizza is still great, once I finally buy it and get back in my car. I love Casey's and will always be a fan - this one needs some help, though.

Extremely rude white lady employee. Hire smarter employees. Rude obnoxious people push some of us to the edge and bad stuff happens all the time. Nobody should be treated with such disrespect for absolutely no reason.

I get gas here at least twice a month & it is always a smooth process. I also will grab a slice of pizza and their pizza never disappoints.

This Casey’s has the worst pumps, half the time they won’t read my car so I go across the highway to Kum & Go. People stop here for gas, make it easy.

This store was horrible dirty, womens bathroom out of order, mens bathroom was horrifying!! We ordered to sandwiches from the snack area the bread was old and crumble, the lettus was brown, tomatoes were old, no olives! The women making sandwiches was so very nice!! The cashier never smiled or spoke she seemed iratated when my husband asked for a lotery ticket! The line was 5 deep or more the whole time I was there!! The outside parking lot was so trashed and all trash cans at the pumps were over flowing!
