I have recently placed a pizza order in Uber eats from Casey’s. Cancelled order immediately due to some reason. I was not given any prior warning that cancelation charge would be 15.45 USD.Order got canceled and deducted 15.45 USD soon after cancellation is confirmed. Price of the Pizza is also lesser than the cancellation charges which is 13$. This is not a good practice Incase if you are charging cancellation fee please inform to customers in a prompt that it will be charged this much if you cancel the order before proceeding for cancellation.

Order the supreme pizza from Casey’s asked for extra cheese. I just got the bare minimum of cheese on. But the pizza is good just sad that I paid the two dollars extra for the cheese.

There is NEVER ANY PIZZA ON THE RACK. Every time you ask if there is gonna be any, they say, we’ll have it on the rack in 30 minutes. They need to get a system together where the pizza ends up on the rack much quicker

Waited over 10 mins to ring up & then the register doesn’t work instead of just opening up the other to try & ring out the lady just yells for the other guy to come up to try & fix the problem while a line of people waiting was snotty to the guys that rang up in front of us. They really need to do better on over nights at this store.

No Receive paper in all the pumps, no paper towels in bathroom, no hand wash soap in bathroom, and bathroom was disgusting. Caseys in nwa need new management...
