Fantastic experience! Same-day repair on my electric gear shift. The dealership and every other shop in town couldn't make it happy but this business was so kind, accommodating, and a fair price! Highly recommended!

Great people here! I had a splitter that I needed installed. They took a look at it, and when they weren't able to install it, they didn't charge me anything and referred me to somewhere that could. I remembered this and recently came back for a repair on my car's water pump. They got it done the same day and took the time to explain what was broken and how they fixed it.

I brought my car in because a friend recommended this shop. My car drivers door would not open from the outside. We discovered that the actuator inside the door panel needed to be replaced and was told the total cost would be $850. Knowing I did not have that extra money, I left. I then found the part I needed online for $40. Thankfully I have a brother in law who could work on this for me and fixed it for no cost in less than an hour. The fact that this place wanted to charge me $850 for this blows my mind.

Brought my car in for an inspection with 4 specific issues. They told us they would do a multi point detailed inspection and it would cost $180. I went to pick my car up and fought with them to get the details of my inspection. The guy at the front said “we don’t give that information out but I can make some notes” first thing on the list was my tire pressure they said was set. Get in my car and my tire pressure light was on. I called back and told them I know some of these weren’t done because I knew I needed back tires and my light was on. They proceeded to send me an updated inspection report and all it had on there was “recommended to replace off age and mileage”. So I paid $177 for them to not do the inspection like promised and lied to me about it. Twice. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! You don’t do business like this!

I have used CBA since 2018 and have felt they do quality work and are honest. Their prices seem equal to a dealership but I have alot more trust in CBA Bentonville. I recently had some services and they were very patient with my many questions.

Dropped car off for a tire rotation and diagnosis of a humming sound at noon on Wednesday with Austin. Thursday afternoon around 3p called to check where my car was in the queue. Austin said the tech was looking at it now and he should know something by the end of that day. There were 3 hours until they closed. Friday came and went, they are closed weekends. Called Monday at 7:04a and Rylan said he did not see a completed ticket. I said if they didn't start it, don't and I'll come pick it up. Upon arrival Rylan explained that the excessive rust under the car prevented them from lifting and servicing it. He apologized for the lack of communication and returned my keys.1. I told Austin it was very rusty when I dropoed it off. 2. I said I didn't need it back that day but by the weekend. 3. Austin said he'd report back Thursday before closing. 4. They had my car for four and a half days where I could've taken it elsewhere, did, and they lifted it on a drive-on ramp. 5. My car was left unlocked in their lot over the weekend. I rode my bike over to see if it moved and checked. Because of their lack of communication. I could never trust their diagnosis or service.

I was at a loss with my car, it was too out of my price range to fix and worth even less to trade in so I didn’t know what to do. I was helped by Alex who assisted in finding someone to purchase my car when my only other option was to pay to have it towed away and junked. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! He was so helpful and patient with my hundred calls about this situation. Thank you to Alex for all his help making this stressful situation a lot easier.Services: Auto battery replacement

As unpleasant as this is, I feel like I have to warn people. Back in June, I brought our car in for a simple front brake issue (vibrations above 60 MPH), and Christian Brothers said I needed new pads and rotors, for which they charged $701.31, which included $200 per rotor, which is about double of what they should be. I agreed to the repairs because I thought the price of rotors might have shot up (like everything else) and we were busy moving. Plus I was comforted by their “warranty” (more on this later). Then, when they went to install these overpriced rotors and pads they claimed to not be able to get my calipers back on, and charged me another $640.85 to put on new ones (my hand was forced since the car, without brakes, was now unable to be driven). At this point I’m in $1,418.01 for a simple break fix.But when I got the car back, the brake issue (vibrations) was not fixed, so I brought it back 6 weeks later, for them to perform some of their so-called "warranty" work, where they proceeded to "replace the damaged rotors" (these were just over a month-old mind you). They also gave me an estimate on further repairs which totaled $6,327.02 (you read that right) claiming that I needed new CV axels, sway bars, shock/strut etc. etc. etc. (I've included a picture of their estimate). As you might guess the "new" rotors were junk too (I'm suspicious that they even replaced them) and the same issue I originally brought the car in for (vibrations above 60 MPH) was STILL not fixed, in fact, it was worse. So I brought our car to another garage last week, only 6 days after the second rotors were supposedly put on, and this garage said that the rotors were worn, and that none of the $6,327.02 worth of estimated repairs were an issue. This new garage charged me $446.24 for pads, rotors, and labor (vs the $701.31 I paid at Christian Brothers) and they told me that CB was probably just trying to get rid of me.So basically I paid Christian Brothers $1,418.01 to "fix" my brakes just last month, and then I had to pay another shop $446.24 this month to do the job right. The brakes are now working perfectly. Please keep in mind I ended up paying close to $2,000 for a simple brake fix. Do not be fooled by the "Christian" Brothers name, their "warranty", their shuttle service, or even the fact that Riley at the front desk seems nice.Lesson learned (the hard way). But just look at how many 1 star reviews they have and NEVER bring your car to these guys.Service: Brakes

I highly recommend you shop around if you have anything you need beyond an oil change. I was quoted 4 hours of labor by Christian Brothers to replace a sensor for upwards of $700 (not including an over priced part fee). I went to another shop where the job only took them 30 minutes including diagnostics and $160.Nothing is holding a shop accountable to be fair with their prices other than good faith and CB is clearly taking advantage of the labor market rates.

Good response and work but in the higher end. Was quoted over $1500 for a brake job and got it done for $500 less same day at Midus. Shop around.

Quoted me just over $2000 to fix an issue they had “fixed” 3 months prior. Had that very issue fixed by a local mechanic for $900. This shop is overpriced and does not stand behind their work. Don’t bother contacting me for you have lost my business forever. (That includes the thousands of people I USED to refer to your business as well.)
