Worst gas station in Bentonville. We go out of our way to visit other ones because the service is so bad. The pumps are down all the time, you have to go in to pay but the attendant is always absent (multiple times they’ve been in the bathroom for 10+ minutes), they never honor advertised sale prices or the attendant claims not to know how to input the sale, and prices are higher than other options.

Says they should be open till 10 but they are frequently closed after 8. Business should either update business hours at store and online OR be open during published business hours.

The ghost energy’s were marked as 2/$5. When she tried to charge me full price I pointed out her mistake. She said they were not 2/$5 as the sign said, so I took the sign down.

Their kripsy krunch has a promotion on the site and on the door and didnt honor it. Proce gouging. You rang up 599 and said no only tenders. No not acceptible

Rude employees, in the overnight, no chicken, no windshield wiper fluid, no good snacks, i dont even know why they are in business yet.. someone who can take care of gas station deserves this property not the current owner/manager!!

Worst gas station I've ever been to almost go hit by 2 different people that didn't know how to pull up to a pump properly then as I go in to get gas and a couple pieces of chicken I wait in line behind 2 people and have 3 people waiting behind me...well I asked for 10 on pump 4 and a leg and thigh the girl then says ok can you step aside and let me take care of this line then I'll ring you up.....what the hell I've been waiting in line for a while already then you tell me I gotta wait even longer rather than just ringing me up right there at that time so I just left...horrible customer service

I’ve shopped here since they opened and they are a great addition to the West Bentonville community. Having clean affordable E85 is wonderful and getting a discount for using cash! Store is always well stocked and clean.

I can walk here in 2 minutes, but I never do because this place is garbage. Staff is usually rude/unattentive and...price gouge much? You'll never catch me here, I don't care how convenient it is. I'll drive half a mile to save a LOT of my hard earned money.
