Employees are courteous and we were able to address in 5 minutes what we had been fighting on the phone/online for several days.

The cox communication services are not as good as they promote while enrolling as new users. Without any reason it will get disconnected very frequent without any reason while your working from home and the technical support is also very bad and we need to wait for 3-4 days to schedule an appointment with technician to come in and check the network issues at our location.

If people had a choice, they wouldn't choose Cox for sure. Worst internet service provider. Cox internet is just surviving because people don't have other service providers in their area. Cannot even describe how horrible their service is. I wish there were other internet service providers to avoid this pathetic internet provider.

7 Weeks!!!!! Having to deal with a temporary line because Cox is incompetent. We’ve had 3 techs out and now they are sending another because they are telling me the temporary line has been removed. They also wanted to charge me $75 for the tech to come out! So they are calling me a liar and want to charge me more money! ? absolutely infuriating how incompetent they are!!!! I fully believe they are only in business but what little options we have out here.

We’ve been Cox internet customers for years. It seems we have to call technicians out every month or two to fix things. Often times it takes multiple technicians, and we go days, sometimes weeks without internet. So inconsistent and terrible customer service.

When moving to the area, I asked about getting service at my new place in Bentonville... the person at this store told me to "try AT&T instead"

Long story:
I was able to get some assistance, when my plan was switched to a different plan without my consent or any other reason why it may have happened. Old plan was $120 and got switched to $190 (the plan was always 500mbs w/unlimited and less than 1 year so all my promos are based on a 24 month contract that I signed). New plan now stands at $125 with taxes included (500mbs w/ unlimited data).
End results: Happy that I was able to get a similar plan as before. I’m still disappointed that I had go 2-3 months paying so much and having the run around with customer service (not this location).

This location, as well as the company itself, is downright horrendous. Cox is a business whose goal is to provide a service. That of which they cannot even do in a decent fashion. I have used many different providers and they are the worst. They add random lines under your nose to charge you extra and their service doesn't even work half the time. This month my service has been down 6 days that's 1/5 of what I am paying for down the drain. And don't bother with customer service they are NEVER available at this location. What a joke.

This store is awful. Allen a tenured sales person deactivated my account instead of just returning my old router. I had upgraded to a new router and while it was free, the whole thing ended up charging me $50 extra on my monthly bill due to all the discontinuation and reactivation that had to be done. Wasted 4 hours talking to 4 different cox supervisors to get no where as they weren’t able to correct my bill. Such a monopoly too with no other internet providers in my area. Terrible.

Only bad things to say about Cox. Cox is the only internet provider available in our area or we wouldn’t still be with them. When they first installed our router, they left the internet cable strewn across our neighbor’s lawn for WEEKS without returning to bury it. It took our neighbor literally cutting the line with his mower for them to finally come out and deal with the issue (after we went without wifi for over a week). We have had frequent outages over the last year. It usually takes multiple days for them to get someone out to fix our wifi and half the time the technician shows up having no idea what the problem is after we’ve clearly communicated it on the phone. They then have to schedule for a different person to come look (again several days later) because they’re “not the right guy for the job.” They are obviously very unorganized and have terrible communication between employees. It’s like they’re trying to put off actually fixing our wifi for as long as possible and we have been without wifi for a full week on several occasions over the year that we’ve been customers. On top of that, over the last month, our wifi stops working just about every day between the hours of 3 and 9 PM. This company is a joke.

One star because I have to give a star to rate this trash company. These people give the worst product ever. And that’s saying something because I used to be a Comcast/Xfinity customer. My service is never consistent and I never know if I’ll have internet at any given point in the day. I wish I had another option. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE! I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to use them.
