About ripped my mirror off my truck today. That's the last straw for me. They think they have to crank the damn pressure up on the spinning towels to the point it grabbed my mirror and flipped it completely backwards. Cracked the paint and the door started leaking water immediately. This isn't the first time I've had issues but it will be the last. I know they won't do anything about it because my truck is more than 5 years old

Long line but this team know how to get it moving fast! Love that have a crew prewashing before entering the belt and then hand drying at the end of the cycle. Wish they could have really dry out the back part. Water spots were left

Amazing experience! I always love it when car washes have people spraying your car before the wash to get all the “extra” off! The staff was friendly, and hard working as well. I also got a detail, that was desperately needed, and they did a fabulous job!! Their attention to detail and helpful attitudes made for a refreshing to experience. One employee really stood out to me the most, as he helped me when I pulled up, walked me through his detailing process and genuinely cared about the services he was providing! A great group of workers and business all around, 10/10.

Awesome car wash, the conveyor system is flat without rails, so no worries about scratching wheels. Free towel dry at the end is nice too.

I can always expect great service at Diamond Car Wash, and they always make my truck look amazing! From start to finish, I am confident my truck is safe and getting the best wash in NWA. My wheel base on my Raptor is a little wider and will not fit most car washes, but Diamond uses a belt system with no rails, allowing my truck to ride smoothly through the wash. After the wash is complete, you are greeted with two employees who polish your wheels and dry any access water. Top notch car wash that is always working and open when you need. Spend too much time deciding on a wash? An employee will usually always pay you a visit to ensure you are getting what you need.
