This place is terrible. DO NOT RENT HERE. All the glowing reviews below are detailing the manager named Rich. They pushed him out and it’s under new ownership. Completely different now. They do not honor agreements and they are threatening to sell my items within 14 days of a missed payment in breach of my original contract. This used to be the best place in town, but now it’s the worst. Lots of options so find another one. Don’t be sucked in by the high-tech facility. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Had a great experience with Eric, very helpful and willing to negotiate! He saved me a lot of extra work by selling me a very quality metal shelf for my unit less than I could have gotten it at hardware store. ? Very happy with his service. Facility is very state is the art as well.

I really enjoyed keeping my belongings at Discovery. They are unlike any storage unit I’ve used before with their modern technology. Plus, Rich has always been very accommodating and helpful with all of our needs. His customer service alone made it worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Super clean, new, lots of great new innovative features. The young lady there is super awesome!! She gave me a great tour, showed me all the different features of the app and how things work. She even helped me rent a truck and then helped me unload it into my new storage unit. Not to mention some how they are the cheapest in town. This place will fill up soon. If you need storage and and see her. You won’t be disappointed.

We moved from another storage facility because Discovery had more to offer (covered loading/unloading, carts, bathrooms, more security). Rich helped us get our units set up and provided excellent service! Their rates are competitive and I highly recommend this facility!

I have to say that I have not had such wonderful customer service from the time you walk in to look for a place to store your life possessions, who makes you feel right at home who goes out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied. Then to top off the excellent customer service, they also have the nicest facility ever and would never want my belongings anywhere but where they are now, at Discovery Storage. ?

Great customer service! Storage facility is clean and well laid out. This is a next level place, all controlled off your phone. To top it off, they rent Penske trucks to help you move your stuff!

Fantastic storage! The best in the area! Can’t say enough good things about this place. The best customer service and superb management is always there to assist you with anything you need, great hours, supplies and moving equipment are always available and in good working order. Electronic locks and entry make access a breeze! Climate control inside the building is perfect. It’s great to be back!
