I absolutely cannot say enough about this branch! I love the warmth and feeling of welcome I feel each time I walk through the doors. I am always greeted with a smile, greeting, and employees who know me by name. Any time I have had an issue, they have been quick to resolve it and insure I am all good. Coming from a tiny town where I grew up only ever knowing this kind of customer service and atmosphere, I am so thankful that I was able to find the same here in Bentonville! I would recommend this First Security Branch to anyone!

This is such a great bank. I am always impressed with how personable and helpful the staff is. Last week Tina Lawvey helped me get some paperwork drawn up right before closing time on a Friday. I had a deadline that the paperwork needed to be completed by and she could have easily said we don't have enough time to do this today but instead she hustled to make it happen. This level of service and respponsiveness definitely provides a sense of security to those of us who bank here!! Thank you Tina and the rest of the staff for taking such good care of your customers.

Have been banking here for over a decade. Have used other local banks, but they don't even compare to First Security! Personal service every time even though I know I am not the only customer :-) Thank you for being a great bank in a difficult world!
