“Went home had flowers droop in less than 12 hrs, indoor climate nothing excessive, called Floweroma, advised of the issue, they told me to take it back and they replaced it with no charge as busy and slammed as they were during Valentine’s Day. Great customer service!”

I brought the stems to the front desk and Diana arranged them, she added some filler flowers, wrapped them in a wrap of my choice, and placed a beautiful bow of my choice all for free (with the cost of the stems)! Diana shared with us her process and where she gets the flowers from. She was so kind and had GREAT customer service. We will continue as regular customers! ??”
