The office staff is always so great. Scarlett and Kelsie welcome me every time with smiling faces and great attitudes. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. So happy I found Glen Polo and have enjoyed every day since I moved in.

I’ve been incredibly blessed to be able to live where I work. This community is such a beautiful one, and before I started working here I worked with Scarlett and she was very helpful and was just an overall joy to speak with. Her love and knowledge for this property is truly refreshing. I now get to work alongside her and this amazing team (Doris + Erika) This community is dog friendly - it has a beautiful dog park and a self-service dog washing station on site which is great for your furbabies! The Maintenance team and Grounds team are consistently making sure all the needs of our residents and the overall look of the property are taken care of! Choosing a home can be difficult but this staff will make sure that all of your questions are answered, and we hope YOU will give us a chance to make this your new home!

Overall a good experience with company so far. Scarlett has been very helpful and patient since day 1. I was very nervous about moving because I was coming from another state. Scarlett made me feel confident and was very resourceful. Application and approval process was super smooth. After sending the application it took less than 24 hrs to get approval. Even though there was a recent serious event involving another neighbor I feel like they cared about the situation and took action right away. Unfortunately, there are uncontrollable situations such as neighbors stealing packages from your front door as this is something that happens in my building quite often. Regardless, all office staff have been great and are always welcoming. In my experience Scarlett has gone above and beyond many times so that’s something that is greatly appreciated.

My husband and I moved in just a few months ago, and we could not be happier!! The staff made the moving in process so easy, and they are so easy to work with! They care about everyone and I always see them checking in to make sure everything is going well! They plan resident events that are very fun and exciting!!! Additionally, they create a positive and safe environment!

Outstanding customer service by the Leasing office. I had a giant package that weighed over 150lbs delivered to the leasing office and could not load it in my car. Allen, the groundskeeper helped me load it onto his golf cart and lugged the gigantic package up 2 flights of stairs to my apartment! Did it with a smile too!

I have lived at The Glen At Polo parks for over six years. My rent has never been late. I always use a personal check and two times now I’ve gotten emails from the office saying they haven’t gotten my rent and there’s late fees and all these other charges this company can’t get their act together Doris Needs to get in gear and fix this

Renter beware! This property is terrible from the management to the apartments. I have been a resident for approx 3 years and living here is the biggest inconvenience you will ever experience. My electric bill in those 3 years averages around $275 a month for 1 person in a 1 bedroom apt who works full time during the week. The windows leak so bad that the draft blows my curtains around. There is a gap in my front door that you can see through from settling. Also my HVAC unit stops working about every other month with no long term repair.The property management staff leaves a lot to be desired. They like to schedule property improvements and then tell you when you can and can’t use the apartment that you pay for every month. Not to mention the ever increasing rent prices. For the price you pay here now you can most certainly find something much nicer and much closer to everything.Oh and I hope you don’t like to decorate your patio because your options are very limited on what they will “allow” you to have as decorations. As it was told to me by the property manager “You live in an apartment you can’t expect privacy” lol I swear you can’t make this stuff up.The Aviator apartments are right across the street and much nicer at the same price point.Just my 2 cents but I know I’m getting the hell out of here as soon as my lease is up.

Please know when you move out, they do not mail you a bill and if you move in another apartment on property, they won’t leave it for you or add the leave amount on the community website where you pay! It showed 0 for weeks then disappeared!Then as it’s about to go to collections, Doris will then call you! I never saw my emailed bill!I have no issues with paying a move out amount, but, this shouldn’t be emailed and could have been handled way earlier!It’s handled now, but I’m not happy over the way she handled it!Also, Doris should know I cleaned it and left it perfectly cleaned!But was still charged a90$ fee in old unit!The next unit will be videotaped and this won’t fly again!And thank God new unit has wood blinds instead of the break as you touch ones they charge out the ‘as for!Not very happy with the way things are handled!

Really really disappointed with my lease thus far. I moved into the apartment in April, and ever since April the air conditioning won’t keep up at a specific temperature. I set my air to 75, thinking it can keep up with that, but it can’t. My apartment is consistently 80-82 degrees on 90-100 degree days. I understand I’m on the third floor but this shouldn’t happen. None of my third floor neighbors have a problem. I went down to the leasing office where the woman was rude and stated “it’s just because you’re on the third floor, I’ve lived here for three years and it’s just like that”. When my lease is up I will be looking elsewhere just based on how I’m treated. I shouldn’t have to spend time at my spouses home to feel comfortable in the heat. Dissatisfaction is all I can say.

I just recently moved into these apartments, and so far I love them and the chill, laid-back environment. My leasing agent, Trenee, was also very helpful, sweet, chill, and super, and I do mean super patience with me on doing the paperwork, signing my lease, making a last-minute change to my move-in date of my lease, getting my apartment ready at the last minute, and more. I would highly recommend her as your leasing agent if you are considering moving to the Glen at Polo Park Apartments.
