Clean, affordable and good selection of items. Would recommend if you have a clothing emergency for babies, kids or whom ever.

Pretty on par goodwill. Most of the store seemed pretty organized and clean. Not much else to say.

Wish I could give no stars! They removed changing rooms so you can no longer try anything on. And they don't do returns which means you're forced to buy without knowing if it fits and then can't bring it back unless u do store credit . Will not be back...poor business tactics poor customer service. I'll just go through shein!

The worst goodwill in this area. I focus on shopping for decor or odd dishes. This stuff is insanely overpriced and basically trash. Most the pieces are broken or originally from dollar tree. New cost at dollar tree is $1.25 at the most and goodwill has it out there for $1.99. They have those cheap plastic dishes you get at Walmart for .50 on the goodwill shelf for 1.99. Are they seriously that dumb? It’s trash. I saw an empty pickle jar for 1.99. Straight garbage ? I will not be returning to waste my time looking. The staff was friendly and the store was clean but it’s not worth keeping the doors open if they can’t tell the difference in trash and something someone would actually want to purchase.

Went to drop off TV that is not working as this Goodwill is listed as an E-waste site on AR state website. Employees state they cannot take and do not look into issue any further. When we called to speak with store manager about E-waste site, a rude employee named Brenda got very angry then hung up on us. Real professional….I hope they aren’t getting reimbursed from the state because they definitely are not taking any E-waste. Also this employee needs a refresher in customer service! Would keep that one off the phones if you want to protect any image.

The good: The employees are really nice people just trying to do a good job in a bad situation. They don't get paid enough for what they have to put up with, both from customers and their leadership. They are the only reason this place gets any stars at all.The bad: Their manager is rude and is not popular with either the regular customers nor the staff. They are very understaffed right now, and for good reason, this manager is a nightmare to deal with. The dark haired lady with a permanent frown and that haughty, dismissive, barely contained rage attitude that occasionally seems to be present in people with petty authority in retail. She gets no stars. Also, she seems to like to mark EVERYTHING up with a recognizable brand name, even if it is barely worth the regular price. Luckily they are about 5 years behind what is actually popular, so deals can still be found despite her best efforts to eliminate them. Definitely the most aggressive store with marking things up in the area. The Rogers location is way more reasonable, and often has better inventory.I've spent thousands at this store over the last few months. I think I'll be taking more of my business to the Rogers location until this one gets better leadership.

What a mess. Things are not organized and shelves are a wreck. Clothing items are not hung on racks with correct sizes. Boys and girls sizes are combined in the children's clothing. Toys were strewn all over. It did not smell bad and clerks were fairly friendly so I left a couple of stars.

Edit: ALL locations DON'T have dressing rooms to try on clothing. They also DON'T do refunds anymore, they do in-store credit via gift card. Items must be returned within 14-days, items must have tags and receipt.Prices for clothing and all items in general have gone up significantly.General thrift store. Inventory varies by day and donations made.

Clean store and classic Goodwill. I noticed the staff doesn’t greet you with the typical Hello ? very odd for sure. Store was stocked and shelves cleaner then most so maybe that’s why staff isn’t friendlier.

I was here yesterday to donate MANY kids items. While I was in the middle of handing items to the donation center workers, a homeless man walked up with holes in his shoes. He was very polite and asked if there were a pair of shoes that he could have since his feet were busting out of his old shoes. A lady came out, without even asking what size he wore, and said that they didn't have any shoes for him. I couldn't believe it. Here I am at Goodwill donating many kids toys and books that they are going to sell and make money off of, and they cant even help this homeless man needing a pair of shoes that somebody gave to Goodwill for FREE! GOODWILL???? MORE LIKE BADWILL! I then stopped the man and gave him money from my own pocket and watched him immediately walk in to buy a pair of shoes. SHAME ON YOU GOODWILL!

??♀️Lack of customer service.?Most unsanitary restrooms I’ve seen.??No fitting rooms.❌Items in store very disorganizedHorrible shopping experience. Why does management not take this seriously? I don’t even feel safe using the restroom or cleaning my hands, much less with my children. I have not ever been to a store this nasty - maybe a gas station out in the middle of nowhere. Words cannot describe the smell and there was toilet paper everywhere. Clearly the restrooms have not been cleaned in a very long time and it’s consistently disgusting.

Unbelievable that you cannot try clothes on. I love goodwill and have shopped in many cities for decades. I will never buy clothes here until I can try them on( I'm sure I'm not the only customer with this attitude) I use to buy probably a minimum of six items every time I went in a store. I can only imagine the revenue you will lose. Also please don't respond with your rote and trite explanation. It is just more proof that your customers or "mission" don't matter.
