Booked an appointment and went it. Guy was rude to me from the first second saying I booked the wrong kind of appointment. I asked the guy “do you offer any support to help me figure out how to file my taxes” and he said No… what is the point of this business then? Terrible and rude service. Waste your money with TurboTax instead

I don't mind paying a professional but my advisor fumbled through my filing. I had everything set out before I went in and it took him and hour and a half. I do not believe that it was done correctly and will have someone else review. For what I paid, my adviser should know what they are doing.

Jason went above and beyond talking extra time to help me and gave me tips on things to do that will make next year much easier. He was very pleasant and personable. He made me feel at ease even though I waited until the last possible minute to get my taxes done.

Jason has done good job. I wish I could give negative stars.I have scheduled an appointment with this location on Saturday(02/19) to file tax returns jointly and I got a callback saying that you need to file ITIN for your spouse since she doesn't have SSN. They have rescheduled the appointment to Tuesday(02/22). When showed up at the office Linda said I can't honor your appointment because I wasn't ITIN certified. I asked them who scheduled me with the wrong tax specialist, they didn't answer me and the person who files ITIN in this location was very rude to me. Shame on you lady.
