I’ve called now 3 times and it always seems to be an argumentative session. I’ll reach out to my physician about changing pharmacies even if it discontinue.

Horrible service. One month my medicine was $20 and then once I needed to continue it, the price incased to $400 the next month.

Person, I know her name, I spoke to today in regards to price matching my meds told me, very rudely , I’ve told you 5 times already that ——-, I’m like no, it was certainly not 5 times and if I was told something so many times, why would you wait on the phone with me, to explain what the issue was, to talk to another person, who did not now what you were requesting, to explain what you were requesting as well? Customer service skills are a must in any profession but that attitude will drive many potential customers away….

My wife has used Infinity for the past 3 years. However the service has become so bad we are leaving. We've had to call multiple times only to be told the Doctor didn't send the Rx in. what should take 1 or 2 days takes weeks. Phone service is rude, but no longer, other Pharmacies understand service.

There customer service has been very poorly lately. My dr recomends them alot but lately with there attitude I rather not get anything. He has even called due to in the past how I was poorly treated. It seems they dont care or want people. So upset need better personality. You arent doing me favor by saying you are the only one that carry that medicine either with that tene.

Very friendly and caring staff ! And I have never had a problem with my medicines being delivered at a decent time ! The staff is awesome ! I have use many pharmacies in my day even a high dollar pharmacy in Wichita when I lived there and they can not even compare to Infinity Compounding Solutions ! I highly recommend them to everyone !

Lied to my Insurance Company when I tried to move the prescription to my Insurance Company Specialty Pharmacy, saying I had no refills for the prescription of Cosentyx. When I had 19 refills left on the prescription, I knew that because I had the Label that stated how many refills I had left. No wonder they are not ranked with the Better Business Bureau.

I do love there customer services I have been using them for at least 3 to 4 years! However i have tried many of there compound medications! They all have been just money down the drain so I am super disappointed in the quality of their drugs that they make! I will continue to use the pharmacy but I will no longer get anything that is made in house!

Well my experience after 12-15 refills is completely different that the high ratings I see. A problem of one type or another every fill not to mention extremely long delivery times. Beligerant phone customer service folks. Enough is enough. Plenty of caring pharmacies out there to waste time on one geared for mediocrity.
