Best lowes in the area, the most helpful sales associate Kolten was by my side answering all my questions and helping me get everything I need. He made my shpping experience way better than when I go to the other locations

Quick trip for paint, at other locations it takes a while to find someone (or call someone) in that department, but this Lowes had a gentleman there working at and around the paint counter who could answer questions and mix paint. He was knowledgeable and efficient, it was a quick in and out.

Absolutely unprofessional installation service my Father has been waiting for them to install a fence for over 2 weeks since originally scheduled date. He called he was told they were on the way, never showed, given a new date waits all day long for them no communication no respect for people's time. I'm in complete disgust

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the customer service desk with Sandra. Her sarcastic attitude and unwillingness to help were extremely frustrating. Instead of addressing my concerns, she made me feel like a criminal for simply seeking assistance. Her behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Customer service should be about helping and supporting customers, but Sandra's approach was the exact opposite. I hope this issue is addressed to ensure a better experience for others in the future.

This is the best Lowe's around that I've been to they have everything you could possibly need their employees are extremely friendly they're always willing to help they welcome you they make you feel appreciated that you're shopping at their store they don't just tell you oh it's such and such as in aisle such and such they actually take you right to the item so that you know where things are and they'll explain how something works or how to use it they are the best

If you need anything on the left side of the store (power tools and lumber) and are a woman, avoid this store. The vast majority of employees give a little smile as they look past you, ignoring your queries. It’s like they enjoy not helping women. This happened to me today, just like it has every other time I’ve purchased lumber. I avoid it, but it’s my closest store.
If you’re a dude, they’ll lead you to the bay and help you find the best pieces before loading them onto your cart. In that case, this may be the best store for you.
The other side of the store is generally great. Plumbing, appliance, paint, and fasteners usually have at least one person who will acknowledge your existence.

I was there to talk about sheds and was sorry to hear that I could only do a phone consult instead of looking at the displays with someone and talking about them. I think it was a bad day for the workers. No one was in a good mood or really wanted to help with anything. I also got some outdoor lighting, but at first, I found it hard to find solar lighting. A guy told me that they really didn't have any. After he walked off, I kept looking and found that the solar lighting came in the boxes with bright orange on them. I found 4 that I could use and bought them. I also bought a picnic table. They had to move one on top to get to the one I wanted. The helpers didn't like that. They wanted me to choose a more convenient one for them to get. The others had a bit of damage, and one was being used by people and had trash, etc.., on it. If I was paying full price for it, I wanted one that had no damage. Some days are worse than other days there. I didn't like it this day! I buy a lot in Lowes. I do wish that the people would be more helpful and friendly. I don't want them looking down their noses at me or making me feel like a bother. When I go, I go to buy! Or not. Depending.

Lowe's is a place that is an extraordinary shopping experience. With everything that is available to purchase, the Lowe's staff are friendly and quick to lead you for that item you are looking for to enhance your home. Even in nails, screws, you would find that item there. Being a customer, I know that I will return to a store that is a place just to browse and walk your dog, Maybe even your pet sloth... among your awesome pets you will have a wonderful shopping experience at Lowe's.
