Worst customer service ever!! I had my vehicle serviced dropped it off the night before my service. Had a coupon for the service told them what it was when I spoke with them. My appointment was at 7:30am I messaged my advisor at 1:45 was told it was ready. when I got there my advisor said he had never seen that coupon before and didn't know it came with an oil change and tire rotation so if we stuck around for a few that could have it done by 2:30pm we said okay it was done until 3:30pm. If my advisor had never heard of that coupon it makes me wonder what they did with my car all day. We brought my fiance's jeep in to get fixed they said it needed a new thermostat and it would cost between $400-$500 dollars to fix it well later we are told its now going to be almost $1,000 and when I said what happened to the $400-$500 I was told they didn't know why I was told that but his jeep has a special motor so now its $1,000. Less than a month ago he had it serviced and spent over $700.

Chasity was extremely helpful in my search for a car. If anyone was going to be at this dealership I would 1000% recommend her to help you. She had the most positive attitude I have seen in sales. Great experience in this dealer all together!

Billy P. is the best. I highly recommend. We wanted a Honda with a salesman we trust. I never thought a Jeep dealership would be able to find us exactly what we were looking for. Billy was able to get us exactly what we wanted along with a great experience.

Honestly WORST experience I’ve ever had! I have a 2018 JEEP Grand Cherokee and the power steering went out randomly on October 31st, 2023. I called to make an appointment for the following day at 3 pm due to my work schedule. I call the next morning to confirm my appointment and the guy tells me I’m not in the system and they don’t take appointments after 2 pm because the service team leaves at 5. Wow isn’t it that odd the website shows service closes at 6??? I finally got my car in and it's at the Jeep dealership 6 days later after having to continue to drive with NO power steering. I called up there the next day to get an estimate on time to see how long it's going to be. “I will give you a call back as soon as I figure that out give me just a couple minutes” that is what I was told. 24 hours go by and STILL no call back. I call back up there and I get told the same thing again and another 24 hours and no call. I finally have had enough at this point and I ask for the service supervisor. He tells me the parts I need are 45-60 days out STARTING in 1-1.5 weeks. So I'm looking at 1.5 - 2.5 months no thanks. magically the parts appear and will be here in 1 week. “We think we found your parts and they should be here Monday.” He sounded very unsure of that statement. “we will have your car back to you Tuesday evening / Wednesday.” This is 2 weeks after my car has been just sitting there not getting touched. Wednesday night I called and he told me “It's the wrong part we have a new one on order” I’m beyond frustrated at this point. I called back a week later and I was told by someone else that the “wrong part” was a damaged part I’m informed that it is currently on my car which it better be removed. I have talked to at least 3-4 different people since my car has been in. Another guy tells me my new parts will be here the Monday after Thanksgiving and I should have my car back by the end of the day or the following day. Guess what still no car. I called up there again and I was told they had known the parts wouldn’t be in until the 30th of November but I was told I'd have my car back on the 28th of November. Weird right? I am then told I'll have my car on Friday the 1st of December. Today is December 4th and I still do not have my car. I've had to call sales and parts to get me to anyone in service because it seems that NO ONE is EVER at a desk to answer a phone I have called 20 times since my car has been in and only talked to anyone maybe 5 times. I have been told 3 different dates on when I will get my car back and each date I’m given is before the parts are even supposed to arrive which infuriates me. I honestly can not explain in words how frustrated and disappointed I am in my experience. The vehicle is under warranty thankfully and I better not owe one cent to them. I asked for a Jeep corporate number but no one seemed to have it. I have owned 3 cars in the past 3 years and never have I ever had service below 5 stars until now. I honestly never want to purchase a car from this group again just for the worry of having to go back into the service department. 33 days since my car arrived there. I just want my car back :(

If you ever need a vehicle go see Billy Parrish!!! Mr.Parrish is wonderful he showed me several different vehicle's and we found the perfect one for me. He took the time out to listen to me and answer all of my questions. He made sure the vehicle settings were set before I left the dealership. He was wonderful to work with!!

First off, I made an online appointment for Saturday and when I got there with my ride following, I was told that the repair couldn't be done on a Saturday.. they asked who I made the appointment with and I told them I did it through their online portal... so I guess don't use it...The service was well below satisfactory. Brought the vehicle in on Monday night for an early a Tuesday appointment for a traction control light. Notified at about 2pm that the light was a fuse or something and could be fixed. I also wanted the brakes looked at and an oil change. I was notified that the brakes all needed new rotors and pads because they were grooved oddly... all have been replaced within the last 10k miles... but I agreed. Also they suggested spark plugs as it's over 100k miles and the water pump had a small leak. The water pump has been changed locally about 18 months ago. But I agreed to all of this with a projected finish time of end of day Friday. Three days for brakes, water pump, dash light and spark plugs. On Friday I was told that the gasket for the pump was late coming in and they weren't done. I asked them to complete ASAP as I'm doing without a vehicle. I was told that it should be done by Monday morning.By Monday morning it still wasn't complete. The job took until 515 Monday evening. A full week after drop off.My thought would be that, as the dealership, an item such as the water pump gasket would be an item kept in stock, and, if not, obtainable within 24 hours. Last time it was done, it was completed in an afternoon. A full week is unacceptable. When I picked up the vehicle, the radio was on loud and the AC running on full blast. Before I got home, after turning these off, I noticed that there was a popping noise under the hood that is new. I recorded a video of it and forwarded to my service advisor asking to ask the mechanic for an opinion but I didn't get any response. So the next day I went in to see if they could figure out what they had done wrong but was told that since it was a holiday week... Tuesday before Thanksgiving - they didn't have enough people to get to it...I guess it's common for them to be off all week that week.So I made an appointment for the Monday after the holiday... maybe they'd have enough people to look at it.But finally after a couple of days I pulled the cowl off the engine myself and found that they had not put a vacuum line back on.But I was still smelling coolant. Since they had flushed the system - another charge although the coolant would be pretty easy to flush if you've got the water pump off, huh? - I suspected a leak somewhere. After another couple of days I found the problem - they had filled the coolant- overflow to the brim instead of the "full" line so that every time the engine got hot it would run out of them overflow and into the engine and on the ground. After spending nearly $5000 at the dealership for service, I was having to try to continue to fix what they messed up...that seems wrong, don't you think?Emailed the customer service rep after receiving two emails asking how my service went and explained what I just did here... but no one had contacted me since... I'm guessing they're not too worried about it.Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. Anywhere.

Chris with service did an amazing job fixing a simple issue with our Jeep. In and out quickly. Everyone at the front was helpful when I walked up to ensure I’d been taken care of. Very polite and professional. If I do have another issue in the future I have confidence in returning to MD in Bentonville.

I had a scheduled appointment to get my jeep serviced. I was given a pick up time of 4pm. I had not received any calls or texts regarding the status of my jeep. I took it upon myself to reach out via text at 3:30 to get an update. Did not hear back from the Rep until after 4:30pm. I was then told that the service guy couldn't find my jeep so they went onto the next in line. So, my jeep was there all day and not one person contacted me to inform me that my jeep would not be serviced today. And that I'd have to bring it back the following day. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I'd rather drive it to Missouri or Oklahoma than to take it back to the Bentonville jeep service department. Do Better. Be Better!!!!

I want to say that when I started dealing with this dealership, it was a good experience from buying several vehicles from here and always being able to reach out to my salesman (Harley) and even finance (Patrick) for help. Now every time I come in to get service on my 2021 truck they want to tell me they CANT use the prepaid oil change and tire rotation. First, I paid for these ahead of time not to have the hassle. Second, if you stop selling an option after I bought it, that is not on me. You have to honor what you sold. I understand this may be a training issue but for goodness sake it’s been years worth of fighting every time I come in. Now that Harley has moved on (not his fault) I have to spend time out of my day arguing with the service department. After buying multiple vehicles here, sadly the service department is forcing me to look elsewhere to buy my next vehicle.

They lost my business!!!Called three days in a row to check on my Waranty they would not call back, I then called to set up an appointment and someone in service decided to answer. He proceeded to tell me that I had to call the Waranty company to check if my problem was covered under the warranty.. Well Mclarty Daniel Service department you will never receive any more of my business.... Wood motor in Pineville Mo. is the best. They answered immediately and scheduled my appointment. They are contacting my Waranty company and doing their job, not making me do their job for them.......

I wish that I would have read the reviews of this place prior to taking my truck in for service. I was having issues with the battery on my 2016 Ram. Once the weather turned cold I was needing to jump it to get it started. I’m new to the area so googled and found McLarty as my nearest dealer. I called and asked to have an appoint to have my battery changed. They made me appointment and I showed up at 1pm. They checked me in and asked me to sit in the waiting room. I sat in the waiting room until after 4pm with nobody coming in to update or tell me anything. I went back and asked the service advisor about the status of the truck and he said that I needed a new battery and he was going to get me a price and see if they have one in stock. I told him I know I need a new battery…that is why I came in. I asked him what I have been for the past 3 hours for? He rudely told me that they have to test the battery first to make sure it is bad. He gave me the price for the new battery which I agreed to and said he would check if they had one in stock. He never came back to chat with me again. I went and asked to speak with the service manager and explained the situation. He spoke with some people and the truck was suddenly finished in 10 minutes. I have had my truck serviced at Ram dealers in 3 different cities and have never experienced the lack of communication and rudeness that I did from this dealer. The service manager did knock the bill down (which I didn’t ask for) but the damage was already done. I would rather go somewhere with good service and pay full price.

I purchased a used 2020 Jeep Cherokee on the 13th of July due to an accident that totaled my previous vehicle. I wish I would have done my part and read through peoples reviews prior to my purchase. Thankfully, I was advised to purchase the extended warranty in which I did. During my test drive, the Jeep ran well. No engine issues or any other problems of the sort. On the day of pick up, the Jeep tire sensors were indicating warnings and needing immediate attention. The Jeep was taken to the service department to which it was undetermined and needing to be checked again. Till this day, I have taken the Jeep back five times and there is no recourse to when this will be fixed or how it will be fixed. I feel I am getting the run around every week. I text the service department checking the status and the response is the same. Let me check with the manager. I will not suggest buying a used vehicle from this dealership. I thought after leaving the Jeep for repair for five weeks, they'd have an answer. Even till this day, the dealership couldn't ever get this fixed. Something so simple, can't get remedied. I was advised to just come get my vehicle because it couldn't be fixed.Let the buyer beware, you take a risk buying a used vehicle. Bottom line is, they don't do the right thing. I got conned into buying a contract that doesn't benefit it's purpose. I put 20k down and have experienced nothing but stress and frustration, constantly worrying if I received a reliable vehicle for which I had prior to my incident. Boy, I miss my Toyota Camry and would have loved to have had that fixed vs this headache.

Did you know that auto mechanics get paid $150+ per hour to fix your car? They do at McLarty Daniel. And they will be paid on the quoted time, not the actual time spent fixing your car. So like me you might pay for a quoted 3.6 hours of labor instead of the hour or so that it took to get repairs, after they spend a few months failing to order the part, and then give you a bill that is $158 higher than it should be - unless you catch it and realize their calculations are incorrect. You also won’t receive any discounts or amenities for poor customer service. I originally took my car elsewhere to get it fixed but needed a part from the manufacturer, which is why I had to go to the dealership. I wish I had ordered the part myself and taken it to a different place. It was crazy cheap compared to the labor costs. I bought my car here when it was an Everett dealership. I don’t recommend doing any business with McLarty Daniel.

Worst service department I have ever experienced. First, they refused to honor the extended warranty on my Jeep Wrangler to replace the steering stabilizer. Second, they are incredibly slow and understaffed. The young kid service representative, while very polite, was not helpful. However, when I contacted the service department manager, and explained the situation, things suddenly got resolved. In fact, the service manager waived the cost of everything. They need to train their personnel better and make customer satisfaction their highest priority.

We bought a used Jeep Renegade from them and either they sold us a lemon, or their service department is corrupt. We took it their for an engine light issue and a tail light issue, and from their the battery wend dead, interior lights did not work, the back hatch was broken, and the engine light came back on after three weeks! They charged me over $1,600 and nothing was fixed, and they broke several other things!?! They then wanted more money to keep fixing the SAME issue and the new ones they caused. They are BAD! I also saw a lot of other unhappy people while I was waiting forever!
