I just picked up a 2017 Explorer on Jan 20. Mike Smith was my salesman. Honestly the best car purchase experience I've ever had. I live 4 hours from the dealership. Mike is a great guy and super easy to deal with and provided amazing communication with very detailed photos and constant updates. There was never the dreaded car salesman feeling dealing with him. I will buy every car from Mike in the future when I'm ready again, and you should too.

I've shopped many dealerships over my lifetime and have had a small minority of positive experiences. I think a good experience results from a good dealership philosophy and good sales staff. MD fit the bill in both categories. Mike Smith was a wonderful salesman to work with. He was a pleasure to talk to and we swapped our share of stories. He made the buying process easy and I left there with a good sense of time-well-spent. I'll use these folks again in the future!

I've bought multiple vehicles from McLarty Daniel, over the years, and have always experienced excellent customer service. However, during my most recent purchase of a Ford Bronco, I was reminded why I keep coming back. I had, without a doubt, my best experience buying any vehicle. My salesman Mike Smith, was not only one of the most considerate people I've ever met, but was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He worked hard to make sure that the process was as convenient for my schedule as possible, and he made sure that the vehicle I got was exactly what I wanted. No pressure sales. He was just happy to help. If you are considering buying a Ford, then do yourself a favor and check this dealership out. And make sure you as for Mike Smith!

I took my wife's car in for simple oil/tire maintenance and a request to check my brakes. They failed to check the brakes and didn't bother rotating the tires because "they couldn't get the bolts off" they did quote me $269 for replacing all 20 lug nuts instead. I'll stick to doing my own maintenance instead of dealing with the stealership.Update: I was contacted by the dealership. They let me know that there was a lawsuit against the manufacturer of the faulty lug nuts but it was dismissed by the judge. The service department is often overly cautious because of this and tries to avoid causing any additional damage as a result. However, I was able to remove and reuse the existing lugs myself without issue and changed all my own brake pads for only $40 instead of +$600. The call I received was very courteous, informative and apologetic for the poor experience. I've updated my rating.

Had an amazing experience buying a truck here. TC Cunningham is the man to connect with. Incredibly knowledgeable with zero pressure. He asked specifics about the things I needed the truck to do for me so he could match me up with exactly what I needed. Quick and efficient. I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

They will sell you anything and all the accessories to go with it but don't expect them to fix it when it breaks! Wife's Escape has been in the service dept for a month now with a bad transmission (covered under warranty) and I have had to harass them to get any updates, including physically going up there to check. Guy told me there were 14 other vehicles in repair for transmissions so they can't get the part, despite the fact that the they told me it would be in the next day the first time I went up there. They refused to provide a loaner vehicle or any kind of solution and just said "there's nothing we can do if we don't have the part". No, there's plenty you CAN do, it's just not what you WANT to do. That fine though, after 3 vehicles bought from them I can promise I will never buy anything from them again. Horrible service.

This is my first and last Ford I will ever own due to the service department. I made an appointment 4 months ago for a recall because that was the soonest they could get me in. My car has now been there for 2 full days and they still haven’t gotten to it. They were rude over the phone and couldn’t care less about the customers or how long we are going to be out a vehicle.

Never ever will use Mclarty Daniel Ford ever again. More of a headache than anyone can imagine. Service department won't communicate or answer there phones. They had my truck since Monday with no updates or anything. Went up there once with a "we will get to it" response. Finally got ahold of someone on Friday when I called 15 times. And got a "well we are waiting on you for your warranty information" when I informed them no one had called me to get that information it was magically my fault. Finally my husband went up there Friday and they informed him no one ever called in regards to the truck. Christian is service has a terrible attitude and will never work with you as a customer. He could care less about his customers. We pulled our vehicle because they are over priced and had no care to even speak to the warranty company. When we asked for them to show us what is wrong we got a "that's against our policy" response.I truly hope someone can go in and turn this dealership around. I will never go there ever again. I would rather travel 5 hrs than deal with them again. Good luck.Edit: I did end up speaking with Chelley. Nothing was done about the situation and nothing was fixed. Even more a waste of my time calling and attempting to rectify the situation. Will never ever use Mclarty Daniel Ford again. Please save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Today I am done with McLarty Daniel Ford Lincoln in Bentonville. I scheduled an appointment for Recommended Maintenance for my 2019 Expedition with 40,000 miles on it to get the below service required light fixed. I get there and told them what was wrong. Then they said I had other things wrong and I had an appointment for recommended maintenance. The service manager was saying something about me circumventing the system and they were five weeks out. I guess my car telling me it needs service is not recommended maintenence. Well according to my manual it is recommended I take it in for maintenance when I get those. I have gotten more doscile in my older age and I didn't argue just told them I have a nice day and I would take it to Springdale Ford. I am learning not to argue with fools because it doesn't get you anywhere and generally makes you a fool. There is a Proverb on that one. This was the last opportunity I was giving them since last year they had my previous Expedition for more than a month and a half waiting on a part for brakes which when I decided to do them myself turned out to be a bad front wheel bearing and spindle which was so bad it could have broken off and wrecked the car. Then they kept it another almost month for a similar issue with the transmission as this one and only reset the computer to make it stop doing it foallnor about 20 minutes of their driving it. Cause it didn't work. So after today I will no longer set foot on any Mclarty Daniel soil at any of their dealerships across the land. I wish them the best of luck in providing some type of service somehow to others. All of this to say if you own an Ford Motor Company product your best bet is to not use this dealer for just about anything. Generally their prices are about 10 to 15 k higher than any dealer about 75 miles away and their service people while nice can't really seem to help with getting anything done quickly. Not sure what the service manager's issue was this morning, but that was not great customer service to say I did something wrong out of the gate. Perhaps changing the service scheduling app to allow you to put in comments for someone to review why you are coming and schedule things appropriately would help. Maybe having someone actually answer the phone at 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 3:00 pm when a customer calls to talk to a person may help with a bad scheduling issue such as this because the service scheduling site is just not clear on recommended maintenance.

Sorry for the length of this post - all will be revealed. We looked hard at the Mustang Mach E. The way technology is moving along, we wanted to lease with the option to buy. We visited MD with every intention of driving off with one, took a test drive and then attempted to negotiate a lease. However, the monthly lease charge was nearly $1100/month and nowhere close to what Ford is advertising on their website ($550/month plus taxes); this was explained away as something to do with Arkansas taxes. Our credit scores are beyond excellent and we qualify top tier. The reality is that they inserted a wear & tear warranty which is not required by Ford AND blamed taxes. By the way, let's just call the $699 Advantage Package included the deal and on all their vehicles what it is....it's just Added Dealer Markup. So we are now leasing another vehicle with an MSRP which is very similar to the Mach E Premium for $590 a month from another manufacturer.

I arrived at the dealership to "look" but ended up purchasing a Bronco. David Pepe worked with me on my trade in, very professional! Lana was our sales person and she really worked tirelessly to ensure we had all the details about the Bronco. She is very knowledgeable about the Bronco, it is obvious she is passionate about her job and customer service. I really appreciate David, Lana and Tommy....... when you spend so much on a vehicle it is nice to work with such outstanding folks. If you are looking to invest in new or used vehicles, make sure you stop here first.

The sales rep. Tc. Did an outstanding job. Of explaining things to me on my current auto situation. He was very professional. And looked out for my best interest. And didn't push me into a vehicle I was not ready to get.

After 3 days of having my vehicle for a service recall, & battery, they let me know that they realized that they "do not have a battery in stock", and need more time to get a battery. Then Christian explains that without the battery they cannot do the recall service... Had another one of vehicles in for a service recall too, and the same run around, and I finally just said finish up what you have and I'll come get my car. Incompetent service, and a waste of 3 days!!! I'll go to Wood Ford just up the road from now on!

I had a fantastic experience with Md Ford. I live two hours away but would happily go see them again for vehicles in the future. Mike Muckenfuss was the salesman I worked with. What a top notch man! He went above and beyond for me. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealers.
