Ricardo did a wonderful job of helping me find exactly what I was looking for in a new car with the features that were most important to me. He took the time to ask all the right questions to be sure he could match me up to the right Nissan.Ricardo worked in my favor to get a good price on my trade in. As well he and the sales team worked together to searched for factory discounts and financing to get this car in my price range. I appreciate that kind of service! Thank you!My husband and I have now purchased our last 4 vehicles from McCarty Daniel Nissan. With absolutely no problems with our vehicles we’ve purchased from them over all those years and miles. We only traded in to upgrade. We made the right choice! We will definitely continue to recommend mchardy Daniel Nissan to all of our family and friends.I will also say, go there and ask for Ricardo. Tell him BJ Tassin sent you! You will be glad you did!

My initial reason for scheduling service was because I had 3 batteries go bad in less than a year (4 in 2 years) and wanted to know why. Mike was courteous, listened to my concern, provided text messages, and explained the work done and recommended. The services that were completed appear to have been satisfactorily. The multi-point inspection was done by a different mechanic than when serviced on April 18, 2023. This time, the mechanic did not flag prior recommended (expensive - over $1000) items this time and recommended two items not flagged the last time. This can give one pause as to whether or not some specific repair items are really needed. Might be an issue of not seeing the same service advisor (I have noted this seems to be more of an issue at dealerships in past 2-3 years.). At one time, a customer usually knew they would see the same service advisors and that person knew the customer and his/her vehicle. As a senior citizen, I do not like that McLarty Daniels charges 3% for using a credit card. The dealership of my other vehicle does not do this. 3% is an expensive hit especially for many including a senior citizen like myself.

Hunter at Nissan was excellent in customer service. From greetings to lobby accommodations to opening the door for me after the recall was fixed, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My car was even run through the car wash. Excellent service all around!

I bought my car from McLarty Daniels in 2015. We have used their service department since before we bought our car there. We drive almost two hours to have them work on our car. One tech told me that I had a pristine service record. I brought my car in today because it has been leaking on the passenger side when it rains. A simple Google search says this is likely clogged drains from the sun roof. I also had a small piece of weatherstripping pop up. Both potential issues were mentioned when we scheduled the appointment. We scheduled an appointment to have it looked at and possibly fixed today. When I arrived today, I was told that they likely couldn’t get to it despite the appointment. I was told my issue was “a Monday problem” by Nick. I sat there for hours while they did nothing on my car and then my husband was told by Charles that they would understand if we went elsewhere to have it fixed because they had scheduling issues that I was made to feel like they were my problem. If I were under warranty they would give me a rental. Never mind that I was willing to pay to have the issue fixed today. They do not care if you are a loyal customer. They do not care if they have a faulty design. You can make an appointment but good luck getting help. The paper left in the car also said I needed an alignment, which is strange because I had that done on the car two weeks ago.The service manager called this morning. The Owner Loyalty Service Manager made a lot of promises yesterday that apparently were lies. They had zero intentions of making it right because I left a negative review. In the span of the conversation today, I was continually talked down to and told how it was unreasonable that I should expect my car to be looked at on the day of an appointment and told how difficult of an issue this would be to be fixed only at the end of the call to have him realize that we had mentioned a specific issue when we made the appointment and I referenced it yesterday when checking in. It would be a simple fix but they don’t do that there. Had we returned we would have had our car there for days on end costing us no telling how much for an issue they couldn’t fix but couldn’t tell me that yesterday because I dared to make an appointment on a Friday.Don’t worry the service manager Paul won’t be held hostage by Google reviews and he doesn’t care if you bought your car there and have brought it back for service for 8 years. You can just go elsewhere which is exactly what we will be doing. We won’t spend another dime at McClarty Daniels after being loyal customers for years and had planned to buy our next car there but management doesn’t want our business and are completely uninterested in my experience or making it right.

I understand diagnostic fees and shop fees, but if you are gonna add on a bunch of random, extra charges then itemize the receipt. MISC. is not a legitimate charge. Especially when I cannot even get a clear answer on what MISC is. I was happy they refunded that charge, but I am sure not everyone is so lucky.

I live 3 hours away, and Jordan was able to do most of the sell over the phone. He was responsive and answered any questions I had. I was able to come pick up my car and just sign the paperwork. It was really nice considering the engine in my other car blew up. The finance guy we worked with was phenomenal as well. I’ll definitely buy here again if I need another vehicle. The customer service was awesome. I never once felt pressured about anything.

Paul, service manager is outstanding. Difficult situation. Made the best of it. Customer satisfied. That seems to be a lot to ask these days. And sadly it is. But there are dramatic exceptions. Here’s one.I do feel like the powers that be could have and should have prevented this situation entirely, and not let it become the difficult situation that Paul had to deal with. Everyone I spoke to in working this problem was very helpful and sympathetic, but in the end these good folks lacked the kinda pull that I saw as an excellent opportunity to go above and beyond for the customer. These “problems” get passed on to the customer more often than not these days. Good folks, but you are dealing with a mega-dealership. Much more I could say.

Late to review but I purchased a vehicle last winter and it was a great experience! Jordan Arnold was so friendly and helpful. He got me a great deal on a new car and made sure it would fit my needs and my budget. Jordan is very polite and friendly and cares more about the person than making a sale. He was not pushy at all and checked in several times after to make sure I was still happy with a purchase. I cannot recommend enough!

I took in our 2013 Altima to get 4 recall items taken car of. Initially worked with Michael online and via text and at appointment check in and out. He was great. I only knew of 2 recalls but he found 2 more. It took a couple hours more than expected so I was pleased that the waiting area is decent.

My service assistant was perfectly fine. However, I do not think it’s right and, to be frank, it’s rather unpleasant when I go in for a simple oil change and tire rotation but I have 3 workers contact me (face to face, and I was called a couple of days after) to hound me to do the survey. Telling me it’s up to me to give a good survey because that’s what my service worker’s paycheck and his livelihood is based on? No. That’s not right. Just giving me a heads up that the survey is coming and it would be nice if I filled it out is one thing, hounding me is another. I’m not going to let my service guy suffer because I know it’s management and higher ups that set this up, but it makes me dread taking my car in for service.

Amazing dealership to deal with. The whole process was smooth and staff was very professional. Carlos is a great salesman to deal with. He was very thorough on explaining the different features on my two choices of cars. Highly recommend this dealership and its partner dealerships. They are a one stop shop.

I bought my Subaru here in December from EJ. He was so nice and made things super easy and inviting. My AC ended up being broken and he made sure everything would get taken care of, even though it was a few months after I bought the car. Also, thank you Paul in service for looking at my car! Driving a whole lot easier with AC in 100 degree weather

Thieves, and management here is a joke. A wallet was stolen from a trade in vehicle and Manager Matt was zero help. These guys can not be trusted.
