“This is my second experience with this location. The first time they fixed my cleaning port at no charge. That service alone brought me back in when I had water damage and thought my phone was a gone-er. They fixed it up within 24 hours and were able to offer an outstanding rate.
The best impression was from the staff at the front desk. SO KIND, empathetic and knowledgeable. Also very forthcoming about the chances of repair not working.
