You need to visit this museum! The interactive displays are really good and it has a good flow to show the progression through the various periods. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was inside.

Nice museum and good displays. Enjoyed our brief visit. Friendly staff. Stopped in since Crystal Bridges was closed.
Take a 24,000 year journey! Five different periods of Native American History from all of the Americas are laid out in chronological order starting with the Paleo period through the European influence of the first people from all of the Americas. View some of the finest ancient artifacts of early man, brilliant headdresses, artistic effigy vessels, the famous Sweetwater Biface, and an Ice Age Woolly Mammoth. Audio wands are available for self guided tours. Free Admission.
