Our daughter has attended here since she was 8 weeks old. We absolutely love the staff. They are very attentive, the location is secure & they have addressed any concerns we've had quickly and professionally. Previous reviews showed opportunity with billing and we've had no issues. We are on auto draft, and switched banks and the transition was super easy. Also, applied for 1 week credit for advance planned vacation and received our weekly credit no issues. The infant teacher, Miss Vernise is hands down the best human we could have ever wished to take care of our sweet girl.

? If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Absolutely ridiculous and childish owner and director. Cannot believe this place is even open at this point. When you can’t even figure out how to pull the correct amount of money out of peoples account?? Had a meeting with the owner and director to discuss why our payment has not been successful after WEEKS of trying to figure it out, the day after the meeting they tell us they have unenrolled our son and cannot give us an explanation as to why. This place is a joke. We loved our 2 teachers. But the “higher-ups” are an absolute joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Although I have seen some of the teacher turnover other reviewers mention, they seem to have figured this out as it isn't a constant thing anymore. The few changes there have been have been well managed. By this I mean that my son was given a chance to transition from his previous teacher to a new teacher that was already on staff elsewhere. The director hasn't changed in the year I have been there.I have had some billing errors but they have always fixed them quickly. Some of these errors were because of their incredible flexibility in providing care. Although my son is only two days a week, they have allowed me to add extra days whenever I have needed them.I love the healthy food options and genuine affection all of the staff shows for my son. I also enjoy the photos and updates from his teachers that I get throughout the day.My only disappointment was that I found out the hard way that there was hand, foot, mouth disease spreading through the classroom several months back. After my son and I both got it, I heard from another parent that her son had it as well a few weeks earlier. Although I understand this is a common problem in daycare, a warning would have been appreciated.Ms. Vernice always has hugs for him. Ms. Maria was a great teacher for him and it is great that he continues to see her in her new role. Her patience is impressive. Ms. May is awesome and we have really enjoyed her love for the kids.

We’ve been sending our sweet 5 year old boy here for over a year now. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring. My son looks forward to going to school to learn and play with his friends. The director Debbie is just awesome and Miss Christina in “Mustards” classroom is a sweetheart. She’s always doing arts and crafts projects with her students and everyday my son has something cool he made for Mom.(he’s made me one thing).lol..Highly recommend sending your little ones here for pre-kindergarten or if you need childcare. Your kid will be a leg up come Kindergarten.

Where do I begin? I am raising 2 grandchildren, ages 5 and 6, and they have been in daycare for the past 4 years. Before finding this gem of a daycare, I have had my grandchildren in at least 4 other daycares, so I have experience with daycares. If you want a daycare that sits your child in front of a television all day, or IPad, this is not the place for you. If you want a daycare that can't work with you on your Childs needs, this is not the place for you. If you want a daycare where staff is rude and toxic, this is not the place for you. Now, if you truly want a safe, secure, loving, daycare, this is your place. This is more than a daycare! There is structure, learning, and real hands on activities, and fun! The teachers and staff are simply amazing! Most important, my granddaughter loves Mustard Seeds. She is always excited to go and when I pick her up she is excited to tell me all the fun things she did and learned.I have had my granddaughter in Mustard Seeds since July of 2021, over a year, so I think I have valuable experience to provide a review that is truthful. My granddaughter will start kindergarten in the Fall and Mustard Seeds will be missed, but not forgotten. The teachers, staff, and Director, are like family! My only complaint? I wish I would have found them a lot sooner!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Enrolled my son near May. It is currently the end of July when they unenrolled him. I had a meeting with the director due to billing. They could never pull the correct amount out and continued to pull over $500 bi-weekly. While I was having a meeting with the director, she continued to interrupt me and yelled at me. when I addressed her yelling at me, she said "it's because you're getting upset with me". I then set up a meeting with the owner of the Mustard Seed Location and the Ark location. During that meeting she could not explain where my money was going and why it was being pulled incorrectly. She then continued to say that my "money doesn't even pay the bills". Go to take my son in the next day after the meeting and was greeted with being told my son can not come in the building. Teachers are amazing! The staff is very irresponsible.

My son loves Mustard Seed and has learned so much from his teacher. They show him love and compassion, which makes him feel comfortable and safe. He’s always so excited to show off his artwork and achievements.

A great group of teachers, my son always looks forward to seeing his teachers (and other teachers he comes in contact with). I personally liked how they were always on top of things. I didn't have to worry about his learning, nor do I have to wonder if he's having fun! He always had stories to tell about his day! They are an awesome group of people! We even loved the office ladies!!

My oldest daughter has been at MSCA for 4 years and her teacher Mrs. Charissa has been there for 3 of those which has been great to have a consistent/familiar face for my daughter plus it’s someone she loves seeing everyday. My youngest daughter has been at MSCA for a year now and we love her teachers Ms. Clemencia and Ms. Brie. They truly love the children here, have a fantastic food program and we will be here until both girls go to kindergarten!

My son is almost 9 months old and has been attending MSCA since he was 8 weeks. I absolutely love Ms. Amanda and Ms. Kelsy. They take such great care of all the children in their class. It’s a good feeling when you leave your little one and know that they are in good hands and being cared and loved for.

Mustard Seed is a great preschool; the environment is very conducive for learning. The teachers are very passionate about that job, especially Ms. Abe, she is such an amazing teacher. My friends' Child attended that school.

Update: now that we have pulled our child from this facility, I feel more comfortable going into detail about other concerns parents should know.1. Take these reviews with a grain of salt. The owner ran a contest, whichever teacher could gain the most positive Google reviews, would earn money for their classroom. Of course parents went and rated them 5 stars, hoping for better materials for their kids.2. Before enrolling, ask about the amount of turnover. Not just teachers, but directors, supervisors and even the chef. During the year our child was enrolled, we saw at least 5-6 directors come and go. Some barely lasting two weeks. The culture from top down is very toxic.3. Keep an eye on your bank account. Only one person has the control over payments and they seemingly misplace everything. We were overcharged twice and it was a nightmare getting reimbursed.4. Our child kept being bitten by the same kid. Their policy states after x amount of bites, they will assign another teacher to that classroom to monitor the student. This never happened, and our son and others kept getting bit. Look - we know it’s going to happen, but if teacher ratios were being follow and their own policy, this would not happen 3 times in one week.5. Everything is incredibly disorganized. Most days it’s a struggle to find someone in a position of power to help you with any questions. Mostly because they’re helping out in another classroom because of how understaffed they always run.________________Love the teachers. Not impressed with the management and constant change.Management is slow to respond to concerns and lack empathy for their teachers. You think with how much tuition is ($448/2 weeks), the management team would go out of their way to interact with parents. It’s also sad to know that every few months we pay a material fee ($115) that is described as supplies needed for the classrooms. Then we hear that money is never spent for items in the rooms. We have overheard teachers complain about using their own money to buy supplies. My advice to management: you have some great teachers, take care of them before they leave. Listen to parents and engage with them in the lobby. You should want to hear our feedback as much as possible. Sending out one anonymous survey in 6 months is a start. But make sure you’re addressing the concerns brought up.If we didn’t love the teachers so much we would pull our child with no hesitation.
