Sugar Creek Animal Hospital
1145 Northwest J Street, BentonvilleDr. Parker and his staff are friendly, caring and super responsive when you call with a question. We had an older cat that visited Dr. Parker and his staff for his annual exams for many years. As our cat aged he was diagnosed with kidney disease; Dr. Parker was transparent in what we should expect and there for us right up until his passing. Dr. Parker’s team sent us a card to express their condolences. We recently adopted a new healthy kitten and Dr. Parker just completed his exam. We have had several veterinarians over the years due to relocations, etc. and while each practice had good points what really stands out with Sugar Creek Animal Hospital is the consistent service, compassion, and transparency we have received from Dr. Parker and his staff. By far best in class service.

Yesterday my 9-year-old male cat developed a life-threatening urinary obstruction. I was terrified, but the team at Animal Hospital of Bentonville got him in immediately. They quickly diagnosed the problem, performed the procedure to relieve the obstruction, and stabilized him before arranging for him to stay overnight at another hospital for continued care.
Their quick action and expertise saved my cat’s life.
Every person I encountered was kind, compassionate, and professional during one of the most stressful days I’ve ever had as a pet owner. I especially want to recognize Michelle Moloney, the office manager. She is absolutely wonderful with both animals and their owners. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about the families who walk through their doors. Her kindness and reassurance meant so much to me.
I will never forget the care my cat received here. If you’re looking for a veterinary clinic that combines skill, urgency, and genuine compassion, I cannot recommend Animal Hospital of Bentonville highly enough. Thank you for saving my best friend.

From the moment we walked in, they did not judge us for the tears that were flowing as we spent our last few minutes with our beloved pet Frisco. They immediately got us into a private setting and afterwards let us use a side door, so we did not have to face a waiting room full of people and their pets. Every day when we get there he is so excited to go back and play I can barely get his leash off. When I pick him up he won’t leave until he can jump up and say one last goodbye to Jennifer. Molly runs an incredible ship, and having folks like Brittani, Kaitlin, Katelyn, Liz, Abby, Jada, McKenna, Alexis, Sydney, Zoe, Josh, Adam and Tristan behind the bar makes every visit feel like catching up with good friends. Great drinks, an incredible atmosphere, and a staff that treats everyone like family. If you haven't hung out here yet, you're missing out.

It’s always very well kept to maintain and there’s a small creek that runs past the trail. Definitely a great place and great people!
