The blonde girl who took us to the back 30 or 50 minutes ago was the most rude and disrespectful person who works with the public that I’ve ever come across. She obviously did not want to be there and my guess is that she simply wanted to get us out of there so she could go to lunch. She told us that it was not her job to figure out how many vials would be taken and that if we wanted to know that we should have asked our doctor that question. She really enjoyed being dismissive, condescending and intimidating even after my daughter told her how nervous she was. I wish I had gotten her name so that I could follow up with Quest Home Office but I was so upset, disappointed and disgusted that I had to just get out of there before I returned the rudeness. I would definitely suggest going elsewhere if you have other options.

I went Friday 2-12-21 to take a DOT drug test and there was an issue with the computer but everyone was very polite and helpful. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is the issue is ongoing and causing a delay to me starting a new job. I was able to complete the test and I have the paper record of doing it but I’m still showing as not having taken it yet in the computer and I can’t reach anyone at the office as of 2-16-21. Why have a phone number that doesn’t connect to the office or give the option to speak to someone at the location? It’s frustrating but I’m not sure if that’s something they can control or not. Again, the staff is very polite and professional when you’re there so even with the problems I’m having I don’t blame them at all. Sometimes computers aren’t perfect. I just need some help fixing the problem and I think if I could speak to one of the people that helped me while I was there it could be done in like 10 minutes.

Unlike some, my experience was fine. I arrived at opening, checked in, was brought through for my urine sample and back out the door within 10 minutes. I cannot speak to blood sample reviews, but my interaction Torrie was very congenial.

Writing this review cos of Pain after recent blood work and lack of patient care. Had pain in the blood drawn spot and the left hand over all and difficulty in lifting any object or stretching the hand and nerve tingling effect. Looks like the needle pinched a near by nerve. I never had such a bad experience in my life time for a blood work. it just takes a little bit more care and patience to avoid such accidents. Had to consult a Dr for the pain and was in Prednisone & brufen for sometime. Suffered in pain for nearly two weeks. Have to look for a better place for blood work.

Called multiple times to ask for help with directions since they had recently moved. The robot gave no options for talking to someone as a patient before service, so I pushed the button for talking to customer service about results. No one answered my call while I was on the line for 15 minutes. As soon as I get there I hear phones ringing and see nurses standing around talking about 3 ft away from the phone. I’ll never understand why companies especially healthcare put robots who can’t help as secretaries, please answer your phones Quest!

I showed up 12 minutes early to a 1 hour test, couldn’t get ahold of anyone to let know I was there for a 1 hour test. No one was at the desk. I knocked on the door and rang the bell. I am a soft spoken person so perhaps I knocked too quietly. At 4 minutes to go someone finally showed up and I let her know. She was pretty rude about telling me I didn’t show up with enough time and that I’d have to come back. I get it, I didn’t knock loud enough, I didn’t give them 20 minutes notice, but there was no reason to be so rude about it. Maybe the lady was having a bad day. I get that too. But so was I and I was still nice. She could have been nice while she explained I’d have to do the drink and come back again too.

Professional and efficient staff. I was a bit worried about my visit based on some of the negative reviews, but it turns out just fine. I made an appointment online for a health screening for work and checked in when I arrived at the touch-screen podium by the desk. No one else was waiting at the time so I was immediately called back and they quickly got my screening taken care of.I've seen some people that were confused by the location. It's at the north end of the building along 28th Street. The building is shared with Lifespring Women's Healthcare, but it's a separate entrance.

Wait times are insane. Security none existent even when a guy is behaving suspiciously and in a manner that makes others wonder if he is under the influence of meth. Definitely the worst experience we've had at multiple locations.

Worst staff and My wife as gave the blood samples to test but staff has forgot to send the samples to Lab. This is very bad how come they will forgot to send the blood samples to Lab. After a week we got the results they mentioned "Test was not Performed due to no blood samples". Again we gave two more bottles of blood to perform test and waiting for another week to get the results. This is really panic and hopeless staff.
