Care was great. I really appreciated the follow-up care after my appointment.

Not so wonderful experience unfortunately. Natalie is not very people friendly. She lacks social skills. Not sure if she has some type of disability or she’s just racist? Yes you’re a veterinarian but you do need to be personable to the humans to. Each conversation with her has been so painful, I’m scared how she treats the poor dogs when the owners aren’t around. I will be finding a new vet office. Sad because we have been here for many years.

Horrible service. Place smells terrible and your shoes stick to the floor. Vet had to kill a centipede looking bug that crawled out of the wall. Needless to say they seem to not properly clean their facility. They will try to upsell you on the most expensive treatments for your pet. And then refuse care if you request cheaper and more reasonable option. It’s a complete scamLITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE for better care.

Love this place and the lady who usually helps my cat during our appointments! I came in a few weeks ago because my cat was puking and it turned out she had a fever, we didn’t have the money at the time to run test on our cat but she said it looks like a blockage and she might just be fine with antibiotics and nausea medicine and she could pass it. That made me feel little bit better about not being able to run all the test they originally wanted to, anyways after we went home and gave our cat the medicine she was feeling much better and it turned out she swallowed a little bit of tinsel and luckily passed it a day after our visit here. I just would love to thank our vet we had she’s the sweetest lady ever the two times we’ve had her I wish I knew her name or I’d say it but I love rose animal clinic so much! Thank you guys for doing a great job!

This is a great place to take a cat. It seems like they do a lot with dogs, but they are great with cats. Other vet clinics in the area are way over-busy and short-staffed. This place is together and knowledgeable and caring.

The best animal clinic in Benton County. My mother had her dog there. My sister had her cat there. We have had 2 dogs there. They are absolutely the best! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They love every animal that comes through their doors!

We moved from Kansas to Arkansas with our dog, Boone, who had been receiving ongoing chemotherapy for lymphoma. We looked around at several vets (because not every vet will provide treatment for chemotherapy), and chose Rose Animal Clinic because of proximity and because Dr. Key assured us that she could continue his treatment after reviewing the records that were sent over from our Kansas veterinarian. Boone's first treatment with Dr. Key was the day that he received Cyclophosphamide, a very potent drug that can have some very harsh side effects on a dog's body. In order to prevent those side effects, he was supposed to also receive another drug, Furosemide, at the same time. Furosemide is a strong diuretic that helps move the harsher drug out of a dog's system faster. Dr. Key neglected to administer the Furosemide alongside the Cyclophosphamide - something that we did not realize until several days later when Boone started urinating blood, having pain while urinating, having the urge to urinate frequently, and having accidents - all things that he had never previously experienced during his treatment. It has been over a month now, and Boone is still struggling with these symptoms as a result of Dr. Key's "oversight" (her words - see attached picture). To be clear, Boone had received the Cyclophosphamide + Furosemide at our Kansas veterinarian three times prior and never had any of these side effects. We ended up having to take Boone to an emergency clinic the weekend after he received the Cyclophosphamide resulting in a ~$600 medical bill. He also required additional treatments and medications at Rose. They reimbursed us only partially for these treatments and medications, and both Dr. Key and the office manager refused to reimburse us for the $600 emergency clinic bill. Lost in communication (or perhaps just a refusal to take ownership on their part) was the fact that these costs, as well as Boone's pain, suffering, and decreased quality of life, were a direct consequence of Dr. Key's mistake - a mistake which we consider to be medical malpractice since the Furosemide was very clearly listed in the patient records Dr. Key had received from our Kansas veterinarian. The last time we took Boone to Rose Animal Clinic, we told them that he was not able to hold his bladder for more than a few hours at a time and would need to be let outside frequently over the course of his treatment day. When we came to pick him up in the afternoon, his legs and belly were covered in urine - the staff either did not notice or did not care. We made the decision immediately to never bring him back to Rose. We trusted Dr. Key when she told us she could take over Boone's treatment and provide care. We could not have been more disappointed and upset not only about Dr. Key's mistake, but also the lack of ownership, communication, and remorse. When we were finally able to talk with the office manager about our incredibly negative experience, she mentioned that a "nationwide shortage" of veterinarians as though that could somehow explain what had happened. Boone's side effects are potentially irreversible due to the damage that has been done. Please do not make the same mistake that we made - find a more competent and compassionate veterinarian to provide care for your pet.

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable at Rose Animal Clinic. They thoroughly answer any questions. My dog doesn’t hesitate to go into the vet because he feels loved by everyone he meets in there.

Very dishonest vet. Lied to us multiple times. So thankful we took our puppy to our trusted vet even though that meant a 2 hour drive. It was worth the drive to make sure she was in good hands after being given the run around at this veterinarian. ***And note I have only ever given one other negative review for a business before. I don't make this review lightly!Additional comments (6/19/23):I am the breeder and trainer that raised Lexi who was treated at your clinic on 6/13. I won't go into all the details, but one particular example was at pick up when I drove to get her how it was reiterated to Lexi's owner and myself several times how staff from Rose Animal Clinic had called and talked to my veterinarian and had given them all her records including bloodwork, they also repeatedly assured me she did not need retested as they had sent the Parvo test to my veterinarian also. I was informed that they had gone over her care and plan of treatment with my veterinarian on this call. So when I got back on the road toward home I called my veterinarian and other than one of the tech's giving this clinic their e-mail her care had not been discussed over the phone. My clinic didn't know why they had told me this. They even talked to the Technician who had given Rose Animal Clinic the e-mail and she confirmed all this. The blood work was never sent and when my veterinarian called the next day to get the White Blood Cell count she was told they were having technical difficulties and weren't able to to give that number so would e-mail it later. Several hours later after Lexi's owner called your clinic we finally go the WBC for my veterinarian to review.By the way, I understand Parvo tests can have false positives, but at my veterinarian when rested later that afternoon (6/13) it was negative and she was eating, drinking, playing by the evening of 6/13 and by the next morning she was running laps around the yard back to normal! Definitely not signs of a puppy with Parvo. And the WBC wasn't as low as my veterinarian said it would have been with Parvo. So I also question why it was necessary for the tech's bringing me Lexi to repeatedly tell me she didn't need to be retested at my veterinarian? It surely didn't hurt to retest in case of a false positive.I am not a backyard breeder or a puppy mill. We are very experienced and raise 1 litter a year in our home. I am glad I had the knowledge I have to guide my puppy family through this scary experience. I even risked my program and the ability to have future litters by bringing Lexi back to our home and property; this shows how much we care about each puppy we raise. They are all loved by our family and we want the best for them!

I cannot be more thankful to ALL of the staff that I had the experience of meeting. Today we experienced a dire situation with our cat River, and they treated it as such. They are caring for her, as if she was there own. They wasted no time today, in taking her right in. The longer the wait, the higher risk of fatality. I am so grateful to Rose Animal Clinic, as this was our 2nd stop after the animal ER which said "come on in!" waited until we were there to tell us that it would be a 4-6 hour wait. Rose Animal Clinic most likely just saved River's life, all because they care, and it shows! Thank you all for your knowledge, compassion, and immediate action on this.

Good doctors but not very happy with their boarding. We left our dog there for several days and when she was picked up at 10 on Monday morning she had a bandage on her paw and they said she had cut it in the cage. Maybe the cages need to be checked. And soon as she was home I was checking her and her eyes were matted with green gunk and the white part was all red. I called the clinic and said what happened to her eyes and they said she was fine at 8 that morning and her eyes were fine. I find that hard to believe! They also did not give her all her medication I left for her for her pancreatitis.

Let me start off by saying I have been using Rose for 20 years (as long as I've had my first dog) for vet care for all my pets since they were puppies. This review is strictly for the boarding facilities. Since they do veterinarian care for my dogs, I have always used their boarding facilities. Several months ago, my 2 small dogs came home smelling like urine, like they had been sitting in pee all weekend. I could smell them while they were next to me on leashes as I was checking out. I figured ok - this has happened this one time, I'll bathe them when I get home. I boarded them Saturday afternoon through Monday afternoon. I go to pick them up today and I could smell them again as soon as they got to me. Mentioned it to the receptionist and she acted like she didn't hear me. After waiting 5 minutes for them to find my dog food bag (refrigerated and expensive), a tech tells me sorry, we left the bag open and it was covered in flies. No compensation for my ruined dog food, after I just paid close to 300 dollars for 2 nights boarding, 2 vaccines, and a fecal test. I was also disgusted to find out a swarm of flies were in the dog food bag they left open. No telling how gross it is back there in the kennels. I got home and they drank water like they hadn't had a sip all morning. I will be taking my senior fur babies to another boarding facility next time I have to go out of town for work. Update * Tuesday 6/6. My 12 yr Dachshund was showing signs of pain when I got her to the house. She was diagnosed with IVDD at Rose in 2018/19. She was limping and shaking and went to lay down, I thought it was from being stressed over the weekend in boarding. At dinner time she didn't get up to eat and when I picked her up she screamed and nipped at me. She wouldn't use her back legs and her back was arched. Of course Rose was closed so I sent an email for them to please call me in the morning. I put her on strict crate rest as to not move her. I didn't receive a call so I called them at 8:30 to see if I could get the meds she was on previously for her back. Since the vet who saw her is no longer there, I would have to bring her in to have her rechecked by the new vet. I cannot pickup my dog as she screams in pain when I try to move her. So I will be finding a new vet to take my dogs to. I understand about policies, but found it real crappy she was injured over the weekend in their care and they did nothing. A customer for 20+ years and she was diagnosed at this clinic! Please do not use this boarding facility for senior dogs!

One of our family pets (sir Winston) has been coming here for the last few months for his seizures and they have been so wonderful. Not only to Winston but to us as his owners. Truly, the whole staff has been so great to work with and are so positive. But I have to especially brag on Ashley….. PURPLE hair Ashley. This chick has been on her game with Winston and I know 100% she is is making sure he is loved and taken care of when he’s there needing care. She has welcomed me with open arms every time I have called or walked in the door (bawling and all). Seizures are a new thing for me to deal with so there is nothing better than someone having patience with you and educating you on them and that’s exactly what she’s done. Her and Dr.Key have truly done their best every visit to take care of Winston and way they can. I highly recommend this office and hopefully your lucky enough to have Ashley. ?
