Our vehicle was damaged by the Sam's Club technician during a repair. Sam's Club has yet to give us the proper information to have the vehicle repaired. We will eventually have to have our Insurance Company contact them for the repair, thus showing accident on our new vehicle. This could have been prevented had it been handled in a professional manner. Who's in driver seat at these stores.

I ordered 2 recliner chairs for a lake house less than 30 miles from the home office for Sam's and Walmart. I had to order online since no pickup is available from ANY store on this item. They arrived in flimsy cardboard without side panels to protect the chair. One box had several gouges in it. The rest of the box was falling apart. Inside the box the chair was dentedd in the same area and underneath a zipper opening revealed a brokeen 4 inch piece of plywood which fell out. The plywood was stapled to two separate pieces of the frame apparently intended to hold them together. When I called customer service I got 3 different individuals in the Phillipines who didn't speak or understand English very well. Apparently they had no idea how to schedule a pickup or redeliver the items when I would be at the property so now I have to call back. Sam must be rolling over in his grave.

I had three flat tires today and needed badly to replace them as I needed to get to work a rep by the name of German Kellybin the Medford NY tire center of the club was getting ready to leave and I was desperate for the tires to get changed so i purchased them and he decided to stay very late to accommodate my need to change the tires it took an hour and a half but he did a fantastic job and I highly tipped him he had to see his son and I made him very late so I got a hold of the supervisor and let him know how much I appreciated Germain’s sacrifice for me so I gave him money ABF told him to have dinner with his son on me tonight he was very appreciative and I walked out with four new tires happily so I could go to workAll the workers there are awesome but this went above and beyond the call of duty thank you German keep up the good work

I am at the Sam's Club in Montgomery. Alabama off the Eastern bypass. I enjoy eating at the cafe. I love the Quarter pound all beef hot dog with onions and Is kraft sour-crout. I Love shopping at Sam's. Of course, I feel at home because my granddad used to play checkers with Sam Walton at the Benjamin Franklin hardware store in Newport. Arkansas, when I was about 3 or 4 years old, and I'm, and I'm 71 years old now. Sam was an absolutely fair and honest man.

Sam's club in Rome ga. Has bad management. One Manger Logan Swanson is hate full to its members I saw him personally threatening a member and bullying her. I even saw him yelling at coworkers in front of members. Why doesn't do some thing about bullying management. It wasshameful to witnesses that .

Can not get answers to supply issue. Was sent to Philippines call center, the woman read from a script. I was complaining about item not in store but could be ordered from Sam’s warehouse. Could not locate a number to speak to anyone in Bentonville to answer my two questions. Beginning to think Costco may be the way to go.

Sams club in Monroe, Louisiana needs major customer service training. The most rude employees ever. You need to fire the managers replace management because they refuse to correct there employees. Instead I was verbally insulted by the employee and her manager. They are demonized. I can give you exact names. Correct your employees behavior, they are disgusting!!!!

I have always loved Sam's meat dept...until this time...everything I ought----stew meat/strip steaks/baby back ribs and roast have been so tough I have had to cook all them much longer than I ever have--except the steak of course--it was so pretty pulling if off the grill , cutting into it was a perfect medium rare and tough as an old boot....So disappointed in Sam's Guess Costco here I come

I pay extra for a plus membership. I ordered an item for shipping, I never received my item, I never received a delivery update, and my bank account was charged for the item that was never delivered. Sams club has failed to do their job. Due to the inconvenience sams club has caused me, I require a refund of the charges to my account and the delivery of the item I ordered. I pay for services from sams club; I do not get paid to make sure sams club workers are doing their job correctly. Do better!

During a shopping excursion today ( 1/17/24 ) at the Sams Club in New Port Richey I encountered a line to the exit door check out that was past all the registers , all the way to the bakery. For what was a 10 minute stop in the store from entrance to register, it then took 45 minutes to get to the door to have my reciept validated. There were people complaining about the time it was taking and one older woman said she did not understand why she even bothers to have scan and go if she has to encounter this delay to get out of the store. I made jokes that I was 21 when I got on this line and now I am 68.The reason for my rant is that New Port Richey is a winter destination and the store crowds are much higher in season. If the store policy is to treat its customers like criminals and check their purchase after one of their own employees checked you out at their register. Then maybe it is time for the management to try another approach. I refuse to use self check out, so if my order is not correctly checked out it is the fault of the store for hiring people that are unqualified. I do not like the treatment of having to wait to prove that I paid for everything in my cart. Get rid of your self check outs, if you do not trust your customers. I have never gone into any other business where you get shaken down as a customer, to prove you have not stolen anything. Short of a protest at the store the management needs to clean up its act and start treating its customers right. We do not have to take this treatment.

Ordering curbside is awful. When I completed my order and checked out it told me I could add items I may have forgot. When I tried there was no where to do so. Tried getting help from employees but it took forever to even get through to curbside and then when I finally did they told me I could just put in another order. But I'm not about to do that and again get charged the fee when I already spend so much money at Sam's and often!

This place is a bit addictive. Sam's Club is just fun to walk around, and so to have the card only makes it easier to get your bulk shopping done in one place! Sam's Credit Card offers a decent limit and I like the rewards program it offers! Those points add up quickly!

I ordered a ring from Sam's Club and never received the ring. I have called the customer help line for 2 weeks and no one will help me. I was told by the Supervisor Alfredo that the management staff is busy with more important things than to help me. I am stuck paying for a ring I never received. I will have to get a lawyer it seems to have this resolved.
