I don’t have an account with Signature, but they have an amazing team working there! As I was leaving the plaza my car got stuck on a bank of snow. A car was behind me so I waved them around so they could go. It ended up being one of their employees! Instead of driving around me so he could leave, he got out of his car to check on me. He went back into the bank and came back with 3 other coworkers who helped push my car out of the snow. Thank you all so much!!

By far the best banking experience I've ever had in NWA. Not only are they polite (like the competition) they resolve your issues and provide sound financial assistance (unlike the competition.)If you're looking at changing banks or looking to open a new account I cannot recommend Signature enough.

Great customer service. I had used a very large National bank for the past twenty years, and thought they supplied decent customer service. So when I decided to switch to a local bank it blew my mind when the bank president thanked me for choosing their bank. I’ve been with them for about a year now, and I’m still impressed.

I switched to Signature a few months ago because I was tired of being nobody to the big bank I was with. Right out of the gate there customer service is amazing. I needed a letter from them for my small business and called them up with this strange request. Without missing a beat they took care of me and emailed me the letter I needed. Come to find out the super helpful woman I was dealing with was the Vice President of the Bank! SOLD! This bank is AMAZING!

Sadly after all my efforts to meet the requests of the this bank to open a business account, I am closing my account after it only being open for two weeks and going with another bank. The customer service team is very polite but obviously can not help with getting anything done so they have to circle back to the same people. I got everything the branch on Joyce said I needed to open the account and when I went to the Walton location to actually open it they said I was missing documents. I showed him the list that the other branch gave me and asked if he could help. He said no so then I asked for his manager and of course after that he got the account set up...... The same type of behavior continues with it taking 6 calls to find out why I can set up my external account so my business account can pay me. It's a good sign this is the wrong bank for businesses and have since found much better options.

Glad that this branch is so conveniently located on Walton. It's so easy to just slip through the drivethrough -but even better to go inside, especially on popcorn days!

This bank has all the modern banking perks and the employees are friendly and helpful. But we came here starting a new business and discussed loans and financing. What we were told changed and proved to be untrue. We are taking our business to another bank because of this. I personally went to their home loan officer and he told me I would not qualify for the home I wanted. I went to another bank and closed on the home less than a month later. This bank's loan department is rigid and failed to live up to the promises they made. Leaving

While purchasing a home may seem daunting, Sandy was there to streamline the process. She was able to answer all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend Sandy for anyone's mortgage needs!
