We came in very close to closing time because we urgently needed to print some important documents. Right when we were trying to get everything done, the network stopped working, which could easily have meant we had to leave without our prints. Instead of simply telling us there was nothing he could do, Chris went completely above and beyond. He patiently helped us figure everything out manually and stayed more than 30 minutes past closing just to make sure we got exactly what we needed.

What impressed us most was not only that he helped, but how kind, patient, and thoughtful he was throughout the whole process. We never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing him, even though we absolutely knew he was staying late because of us.
