Terrible customer service experience when the gate code is not working. IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK REAL HUMAN. NO ON-SITE MANAGER, every call or email is filtered through AI. I've been unable to access my unit for 2 days. Then they will leave the gate wide open to the public when the gate code is down. If you have any issue getting to talk to a local is so frustrating.

This rating is not for the staff, she was very friendly and does not set the rules, but I reserved a unit then changed my mind about keeping my things there, was only in a few days but no refund, not that I really expected any but it would have been good customer relations to give a prorated one for those few days I used it.
By the way, the actual storage area is only about 9 1/2 feet, the outside lip of the storage door counts as part of the 10 feet. LOL

I recently rented a large Uhaul truck & I am very pleased with the customer service & truck. The manager was very pleasant to deal with during the rental and when I had used Snapbox storage before moving. The manager was always very kind and always went above and beyond. I will definitely be referring to friends and family. Thank you for making the stressful task of moving, actually much easier and more pleasant.
