This used to be a locally-owned business that would have received a 5-star review back when I started renting here. But several months ago, it was acquired in some type of corporate roll-up and has since gone downhill. So if you're thinking of renting here, you should take that into account when reading all the great reviews that were left prior to 2025.
In 2025, the new owner has aggressively raised rates without justification (aside from the fact they can), and they seem to be raising the thermostat as well. 15 minutes inside my climate-controlled unit, and I'm sweating uncontrollably where it used to be fairly comfortable. Obviously a cost-cutting measure that further reduces the value of what renters receive in exchange for their soaring rates.
Also, management is hardly ever on-site anymore. Prior to the buyout, the front office was always open and staffed during posted business hours, and the people who ran it were super helpful. Now the office stays locked and empty, and the phone number just rings to some offsite answering service that places you on hold until you give up. I go in and out of there on a regular basis, and in 6 months, I've seen someone inside the office exactly once.

I’m convinced no one actually works here. The door is always locked and no one answers the phone no matter the time you show up even though the open sign is on.
Edit: Seems like the manager definitely got some buddies to write some positive reviews after in influx of negative ones about how literally no one is ever here. Oh just to add, they will double your unit price without warning too and good luck trying to get answers on why that is when no one answers the phone !!

We had some major issues because of the fact they do not have anyone attending the office to give access to our unit. We had to stay at a hotel because we didn’t have access to get our beds, furniture, ect. After being on hold for nearly 30 min we disconnected and called back asking help for a new unit just to talk to a person and there was no hold time. Outrageous. Now we are having to rearrange our work hrs to move. This cost us extra money & time. I wouldn’t recommend.

Super helpful! We needed storage after our home was damaged in the recent tornados. They not only waived our deposit, but also gave us the first month free and a lock for our unit. Such a nice relief to have one process go smoothly when in the middle of dealing with so much other chaos.

Manager was really nice,understanding and patient let us look before we bought it and let us know there was a problem before we left. The unit we look at was cleaner then expected just all around great.?

I extremely happy with this Snapbox location in Bentonville. This is my second time renting here and this time I picked a climate-controlled unit.
