Paid for wash and wax. Clearly states it gets the undercarriage but it did not. Called and they said that was for the others washes. Wrong

Went there to use the automatic carwash. Used my daily wash as I have a membership, but the machine wouldn’t go. Tried calling the number they have there to report this but it went straight to voicemail. If you don’t have anyone working on the spot, at least provide a functional number.
Now I couldn’t go to other carwash because I already used up my daily wash limit.

Falling apart, most cycles don’t work and some bays just pour soap on you from above. Go elsewhere

tried using the card version and it wouldn’t stop when i allowed it and took 10 dollars and didn’t even start so i had to use coins along with the tire cleaner mode didn’t work in my bay either don’t waste your time here

You get what you pay for, literally. Some of the boxes in the back that contain stuff you might need for your car are just busted and need repair.

This place is extremely disappointing. I’ve been here a number of times and they are short of soap too many times. Today, there was no soap in the “wand” so I spent money to wash my car with water only. Today was the final straw. Never coming back.

I use this car wash on a regular basis since I live just a few blocks away. I understand it is one of the busiest in the area, so I can forgive a few issues. Today, there were two machines down and last time it was one. I consider it your basic, run-of-the-mill units, so my expectations aren't super high. Sometimes the high pressure soap is only water, and I've already put in 8 bucks. Overall, it gets the job done.

The Good:
- You save on rinse time because the “High Pressure Soak” has essentially no soap in it. I kept checking over and over that I wasn’t on the rinse option because the “soap” mixture was so diluted.
- The “spot free rinse” is also terrible (see pictures).
- They take CC if you aren’t a quarter hoarder.
The Bad:
- The “High-Pressure Soak” is a joke. Essentially a rinse cycle that may or may not leave soap spots—bc I’m still not sure it has soap. The pressure isn’t strong enough to clean front or back windshields. I’m honesty at a loss to describe how bad this is.
- Spot Free rinse does not work (in multiple bays)
- Multiple bays were absolutely filthy
- Some vacuums were not operable
- My car is still dirty $15 and some change later (see photos). Multiple rounds of “soap”, 2 rinses, and 1 broken “spot free” later… well, check out the photos.
I cannot recommend taking your business anywhere else enough. I would be embarrassed to offer this service. I’ve used hundreds of coin-operated car washes across the country and this is well inside my Top 5 WORST experiences.
