I recently had the pleasure of interacting with two outstanding individuals at T-Mobile – sales representative Alyssa and general manager Carlos. Their exceptional customer care and impressive knowledge left me thoroughly satisfied with the service provided.The synergy between Alyssa and Carlos created a seamless customer experience that exceeded my expectations. Their dedication to exceptional customer care and extensive knowledge not only reflects positively on them as individuals but also on T-Mobile as a whole. I highly recommend Alyssa and Carlos to anyone seeking a cell service provider that prioritizes customer satisfaction, as their commitment to excellence truly sets T-Mobile apart.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location!!I'm a 15yr Verizon customer that switched to T-Mobile because of my phone upgrade. However, I am also a pre-paid only customer, (been taken advantaged of twice by old cellphone company prior to Verizon). Due to the fact I'm a prepaid only customer, I was told "because I was a prepaid customer their only help for me was to buy the sim card and I was on my own".After hearing their explanation, I asked if this was normal T-Mobile Customer Service for new customers. I explained, that I called the day prior and was assured that when I arrived, I would be walked through the steps of transferring my service and phone number to T-Mobile and would be able to walk out of the store with working services.So after my I explained this, the response I got was "let me get your receipt so you can be on your way". So again, i asked louder this time because she kept walking away, is this normal customer service for T-Mobile or just this establishment? Again, the response was "let me get your receipt so you can be on your way".So after I left the Bentonville store, I had no cell services at all. I walked in working and left with nothing! It took me 2 more days with T-Mobile Customer Service and still not working..After this I stopped at the Harrison store and was walked through this process again. The folks there were extremely polite and ensured I left with service.As I explained my situation to them, they were thoughtful and very helpful. They had found out the SIM card given to me, by the Bentonville store, was not entered correctly and my new customer information was not entered correctly. Which is why Customer Service could not find my new account.These were mistakes from the Bentonville store and the Harrison store now worked directly with customer service to fix them. They also stated the initial sim card I was given was not working so they replaced it.So I will not ever go to this particular Bentonville Store and will never suggest this store to anyone for any reason. The woman who helped was rude and did not care and it immediately showed. She needs someone to take her back through basic customer service skills or be put in a non-customer position. She lacked basic customer experience and didn't care I was a new customer moving over.It's hard to believe that as big as T-Mobile is that the store in Bentonville doesn't have better Customer Service options than the woman who did nothing to help me!I do however STRONGLY recommend the T-Mobile store in Harrison and their customer service is top notch! As for my overall T-Mobile services, I have no complaints so far.Thank you Harrison T-Mobile Store for keeping me a new T-Mobile customer!!

Horrible customer service. Jason acted like he didn't even want to be there or help us. Definitely needs to clean up and look professional. Ended up getting our phone online. They had no issues like they did in the store. Maybe it's a training store.

Terrible customer service, Justin let us know we weren't welcome in the store and we should take our transactions to the app. But we decided to take our business to another carrier.

I've had the same carrier for my phone for over 6 years. Suddenly service became spotty and in some cases the only way I could connect with through Wi-Fi. So I decided to take a chance on T-Mobile. It turned out great! The Personnel at the local star were knowledgeable and professional. They listen to what my needs were and they help me pick the right phone to accomplish that. The only difficulty that I had was my old carrier sending incorrect information which caused the delay in the porting of my phone number. When I take a look at the service that was provided I was impressed and I was happy with the decision I'd made. I plan on staying with T-Mobile for quite a while

Jason is such an amazing sales rep. Having issues porting my phones over from another carrier and he seen the frustration I had dealing with this other carrier and just took the reigns and is helping me switch to T-Mobile.
