This store is constantly lying to the customer to try and make money. I don't know if this is independently owned, but they refuse to take Amazon packages back unless you pay them some kind of fee. Every time it's something different , labor fee for putting the label on the bag $3. Box fee of $7.50 + labor fee even though my email says no box needed.

Tiny parking lot but somehow always find a spot. Poke is amazing. Firehouse is good. UPS store is always like a zoo!

I only use this place as last resort.......many times I have returned Amazon items here, only for Amazon to tell me that the item had not been returned to them! I am sitting outside the store at 7:45 am, and it was supposed to have been opened at 7:30. Do yourself a favor and drive to the UPS Store in Rogers.

My experience was good. Today is a crazy fay for UPS/Amazon shipping (2/1/23.). It's the Deadline for Amazon Christmas returns...following two snow days! But my experience was good. Line moved quickly. Staff working efficiently and productively together while dealing with stressed people trying to figure out their returns. Only suggestion is perhaps having whoever is shift manager occasionally greeting customers, making eye contact, and giving instructions to help line move efficiently. The crew did well but appeared to be operating without a strong leader to keep telephone and in-person customers confident in the process. When your workers are working hard, having leadership present is critical on a day like today.
