“I was unfamiliar with the area. They provided a source, if needed, to return the truck & car hauler. They assisted in changing the drop-off location & emailed the confirmation of change. They provided detailed driving instructions including landmarks. Upon arrival they came out & guided me through to a safe parking space. I went inside to settle the bill & get a receipt. A staff member documented the mileage & removed items from the vehicle which included some personal items & $10 which he returned to me. They recommended several places in the area. They were professional, kind, helpful, courteous & HONEST. I will use them again. I highly recommend them.”

“We had the BEST customer service with this uhaul location. We got a flat tire on our trailer rental and were stuck downtown. After all the 800 number and getting no help I called this location as it was close. Lenny was amazing. He came out to help change the tire on our trailer, as well since the other tire was in bad shape he had a co-worker bring a tire out to fix that. Cannot recommend this location enough.”

“This store isn't in Springdale. It's in Bentonville. I've rented from here about a dozen times in the last 3 years. I've never had a single problem with the staff or cars. I'm grateful it's so conveniently located, their hours are flexible, they have plenty of cars and they work with you on special circumstances like extensions or making the rates work the way they should.”
