“Had a great experience with an easy in and out process with the GM of this location. I wish UHaul as a company took a bit better care of their trucks (this one needs a windshield pretty badly!) but having a painless check in and out for a quick day trip to Fort Smith to pick up a load that wouldn’t fit in my car was worth it to overlook the condition a bit. Great customer service and much easier to maneuver in than the Springdale location!”
