The best customer service I've experienced anywhere in a long time thanks to Carlos.
Someone promote this guy. His attention to detail helping make sure my urgent print job came out perfect was second to none. Am I at a UPS store or the Ritz-Carlton? Serious attention to detail and really went the extra mile. Management material for sure.

Walked in for a print, laminate job. Carlos was incredible! He helped us with each step and went above and beyond in his service. If I could give 7 stars I would!! Highly recommend this location to anyone in Arkansas. Will be back! Thanks Carlos!

Good service but the physical, posted hours are not accurate at the time of this review. They are now apparently closed on Sundays yet the sign in the window still reads Sunday: 1200-0500

Terribly managed, unorganized, and unprofessional employees within this location. Ramon specifically was rude and could have cared less if he was of any assistance. I never leave negative reviews but the lack of professionalism was baffling, so I’m left with no choice than to warn others to avoid this location if at all possible!

While I empathize with the customers who have had negative experiences here- I never once have. Today specifically, I wasn’t fully prepared with my Amazon app QR code pulled up. I had some questions and instead of being met with rude frustration, Melissa was so so sweet. Looked at my phone with me and helped me figure it out very quickly, with a big smile and a great attitude happy to help. I just about teared up (I’m a tired Mom) to be met with such patience and kindness. Melissa you are precious!

Needed to send a care package to a friend. The two girls working literally stood at the registers texting and talking on their phones while customers were waiting. Totally clueless and rude as hell. Will find another location.

The gentleman in the store was amazing! He was so kind and helpful. Usually things like this take forever and associates are not in the best mood but this guy was amazing and I will for sure be back to use them for all my shipping needs!

I scheduled an appointment to have a document notarized on a Saturday. The appointment was scheduled on a Thursday. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was told that their notary did not work on the weekend. When asked how I could schedule a weekend appointment if the service isn’t available, the kid working there said “Yeah. We’re trying to fix that.” This is a terrible business. DO NOT USE!

Will NEVER use UPS again. I got a quote of $50 on a shipment that i included in a sal price of an item and when i went into the store it was DOUBLE. I was advised to step outside and create a shipping label and they would print it off in the store. I created the label and went to pay and it rejected my payment so i tried a different payment and it rejected that one too.. so i thought. I got an email stating that my first payment went through but no shipping label to be found. I asked for help and they told me that there is nothing they could do. I asked if they could look it up and they said no. So I paid triple what my package was supposed to be and its getting there a day later otherwise i wouldve paid 4 times more that what was quoted online. Tried contacting Customer service, and line was disconnected. Now theyre closed. How convenient..
