“Though my purchasing experience was more unusual than most, it only serves to illustrate what great staff Bentonville Motorsport has. I noticed a vehicle I was targeting on a used car website listing Bentonville Motorsport as the dealership. Though 1000+ miles away and having ZERO experience purchasing a used vehicle from such a distance I decided to call Bentonville Motorsport to see if they would be open to working with me. Alexandria “Alex” the assistant manager took the call and immediately made me feel comfortable in working with Bentonville Motorsport. Alex provided additional pictures, did a video-call walkthrough, and even took the vehicle to a third party dealership for a pre-purchase inspection on my behalf. Once I was ready to make a purchase, Alex again walked me through the process of purchasing a car halfway across the country and procured a shipping company to transport the car to my house. On top of that, both the price of the car, and the cost of shipping came in lower than original expectations. I cannot speak more highly of Alex’s hard work, timely communication, and patience walking me through the process. This included her continuing to proactively communicate with me after the sale of the car was completed. Both during the time the vehicle was being shipped and even after delivery when I finally got to take my car out for its first “test drive” 8 days after the sale of the car was completed.
