I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The pharmacist has been good about catching meds that should not be taken at the same time. I appreciate how easy shots are to get and they are so good at giving them!

Gavin in pictures kept asking me multiple times, after being answered, if there were “inappropriate pictures” on my phone. In front of my 8 year old daughter. I clearly answered no and I didn’t want to download 16000 pictures onto the computer and wanted to send a select few through the app for print. While he was asking me over and over, another associate was standing behind him laughing. I decided to shop elsewhere and called the manager to insure they didn’t store my pictures on his computer, because of the nature of his questioning, it made it seem like he was going to go back and look through my pictures. During my phone call with the store manager, Kevin, he laughed a lot and seemed to take it very lightly and said he addressed the situation.Wa**art has a much safer and secure method of printing family pictures for the holidays.

Today on 12/24 at 5.20 pm I went to the store and requested the pharmacy that I want to get flu-shots for me and my family. The pharmacist said okay and looked at some other staff member as she was asking him to take it up and he shook his head saying “no” and then the pharmacist to us and replied “no” and we are denied the service. This looked very weird and rude as we were well before the closing time and there are no more people waiting before us and I was shocked and disappointed with the way how the staff shown their gestures and replied with a “no” when we went to have flushots. We have many other stores who serve more better yours.

First of all, this store has only been open a few weeks if that. I saw a bunch of reviews from a year or more so they can't be about this location in Centerton. Store was amazing (as a new store should be) and I had 4 people greet me and ask if they could help me while I was in the store. So glad to have a Walgreens close by now. Will definitely be coming back!

OK so went to one Walgreens in search of milk. They had multiple cartons of milk on the shelf that expired in September 2023, it's November 2023. Why is that even on the shelf? Told the cashier about it, she didn't even remove the product from the shelf...Went to this location and got milk on November 9th. Milk has a date on it for November 20th. So I bought the milk. Drove home, opened it, took a drink and about vomited ?. Milk was bad, thicccccc, and gooey. Not only that, all the milk cartons were damaged at the store, and employees don't care. I bought the only one that was not dented, and it had gone bad.Had to dump out the milk, and wasted my time and money. Won't be going here anymore for a simple things like milk...

Pharmacy is sad. Tried to get prescriptions and Pharmacist Technician didn't seem to know or able to read or locate items. Had over 40 minutes to get prescriptions in order with no response. Had to go back to Urgent Care to get them transferred. There and other people said their reputation was sad. No apologies but no future business there or recommended to others. Poor and slow counter service sadly. Don't bother!

I was nervous because there was only a few reviews and they were critical. I was so impressed!!! They were very short staffed that day, the kind technician (I have to come back and add his name because I told him I would and wanted to help get their ratings up!!!! But he knew I needed to get my Rx before leaving town- he told me they'd try but probably a few hours or more, then received an alert it was ready like 15 minutes after. They truly cared, he was so kind and helpful in the phone and in person. I appreciate you WALGREENS!!! (Also a great new websites the manager told me about that Made the Rx affordable since self pay. WONDERFUL SERVICE (& seriously never leave reviews!! 5 stars, 10 if I could!!

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this pharmacy. I only had to use Walgreens due to the doctor I was using. Now I have a new doctor and lucky for me, I never have to come back to this pharmacy again! For others… my advice? Don’t use any Walgreens. They are all pretty awful in the bella vista/Bentonville area.

Moving pharmacies after 22+ years as a Walgreens customer. This pharmacy has skimmed medicine at least once, if not more. Said because I left the store and didn't point it out right away there is nothing they could do. Most recently, they used the wrong script that was for another date. After waiting a week for the refill I called to check status. They said I had to get another refill called in because my scripts were expired; mind you I had 2 months of scripts in the system. She admitted they used the wrong dated script and argued that it didn't matter that they pulled and used the wrong script, I still had to call and get another one sent in.Furthering the nightmare, this medication is on backorder and I would be put in at the back of the line with 40 people ahead of me.Things happen. Shortages happen. Be proactive Walgreens. At the very least they could've called me earlier in the week once they noticed their mistake so I could correct their error by calling my doctor to send new scripts. They cannot control shortages; however, they can control customer service by ensuring their customers are informed and that they are doing everything they can to refill prescriptions timely. It has been nothing short of a nightmare using this pharmacy.Lastly, this particular Walgreens also moves very slow as I noticed another reviewer commented. It is always very busy and the employees do not care they have people waiting sometimes over an hour in the drive thru.By far the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced.

I'm in my late 50's & I've shopped Walgreens my entire adult life. I will NEVER step foot in this store. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT in this store, starting with their Mgmt. Sad.l. The one in Rogers is 1,000,000x better!!!

Wouldn’t wish this pharmacy experience on my worst enemy. Had my prescriptions moved from Walmart pharmacy to Walgreens so it would be easier to get them filled when out of state. Requested the prescription refill at 10am today, got an email confirmation, and was told to pick up at 2pm. Went through the drive through at 2:05, was told they didn’t have a Rx request for me, so he requested to fill it, asked me to pull around and wait 15-20 min. Got back in line at 2:30pm, waited 15+ min for the 2 cars in front of me to get through. When he told me the price of my prescription, I asked him to run it on my new insurance. It took forever to run it and he finally said it was reject and ran it again. Asked me to pull around and wait, I said no, I’ve already been here for 50 minutes, I’m not sitting in the line again. Then he kept trying to run it under an old insurance on my file and I explained multiple times that I don’t pay for that insurance so you can’t just run it under that one. Finally said I’d just pay cash. It was $64! It has only ever been $13 cash with no insurance at Walmart. Asked him why it was so expensive, couldn’t explain why. I just paid the $64 and left. Bothered me so much I went back and went inside and asked the pharmacy manager if he could explain why it was so expensive. Tried to write me off as not understanding how insurance works, “maybe Walmart was using your insurance.” Which I know in fact they were not. AWFUL experience, called my doctor on the way home to have them change my prescriptions back to Walmart. Would rather have difficulty filling out of state than ever have the displeasure of returning to this store.

No point in making Covid-19 vaccination appointments online. I have been waiting an hour and still haven’t been called on. Customer see is lacking and a lot of bitterness among the pharmacy staff.
