Will blame another pharmacy for not sending over the prescription refill. And will start Arkansas law requires you to have it filled before they can fill it- it’s a refill… not a new prescription - go to the pleasant grove Walmart - they don’t make you play phone tag.

I transferred my prescription to here because it was close by and after a few days I got an automatic message saying they would have to order it, so I called and requested a generic. A lady put me on hold and checked on it, said it would be ready in 15 min and then hung up on me. An hour later I got to the pharmacy, gave them my insurance information as they’d not gotten it when I called then they said once again they’d have to order it to which I told them I had talked to a lady on the phone and they said it would be ready. After going through the whole checking process again they found it and told me to give them some time to get it ready. Waited a bit in the parking lot and got a message saying it was ready. Pulled up and the man at the window went and got the pharmacist to “talk to me about it” and the lady I had talked to on the phone turned out to be the pharmacist. Her name is Jennifer I believe. She goes “Oh I talked to you already. This is the generic. Sorry it wasn’t ready we had an issue with the insurance.” And I began to say “Well you didn’t have my insurance until I got here so...” and she quickly interrupted me and in a snarky way goes “Thank you have a good day.” And walked away. I don’t appreciate being lied to or given a b.s excuse. It’s fine if she forgot to fill it, but it’s not fine to lie. I will be switching to a different pharmacy further away so I don’t have to deal with her.

This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy. I don't know if they are understaffed or not but it always takes much longer at this pharmacy than any other.

I dropped off a prescription this morning. The lady told me to give them two hours. I went back 3.5 hours later and the guy said he upgraded the priority and to give them 30 minutes. 40 minutes later, a third employee says it can't be filled until the 6th. How on earth does every employee in a tiny space have a different story? Will be switching today.
