WALMART DOUBLE WHAMMY PROFITEvery grocery delivery order contains one or two past sell-by date fresh items. Yes, Walmart gives me a refund, but now I am missing dinners for two-to-four nights. This forces me to place a new $35 minimum order early. By the end of the year, I have spent hundreds of dollars extra when I didn't need to. Innovative thinking, Walmart!

How does a company this big not have a way for their employees to reach there home office. Everything is Digital voice assistance and there's no options to get anywhere unless you're custome making a complaint. I don't understand how you expect your employees to be able to contact their employer when they have real issues. The stores don't care or have answers for almost anything.

Don’t be black and get hurt in there store, they pay people to threaten you and their lawyer Michael Brewer mess with underage girls I have pictures I have proof of everything I’ve written. Don’t shop at any Walmart. I have family and friends that are doing the same. If you are black beware of the racism

Horrible customer claim’s department, had 2 tires replaced and oil changed December 6, 2023 in ruston,la. Afterwards all the oil blew out and ruined our only family car within a couple days. I had videos and pictures of the leak after i figured out what happened to prove they were at fault and that they didn’t put the o-ring back on the oil filter cap which is why the oil blew out. Worked with the local walmart to try and get it resolved but couldn’t at the local level. We filed a claim and were expected to pay to have the car towed to a shop and to pay for our own rental car even though it was not at all our fault except for the horrible decision to take the car there in the first place and they would reimburse us one day i guess. Have emailed the claims agent assigned to our claim 10 times with maybe 3 responses trying to get something done and a rental car for work and to take our kids to and from school but still nothing has been fixed or any help offered. This is now going on 3 months with no end in sight and has caused my family tons of unnecessary strain and stress. They don’t care about you or your family even if it is their fault in the first place. They apparently think everyone has money and can rent a car for 3 months straight to be reimbursed someday, but i’m pretty sure they just don’t care like most corporations these days.

My benefits were skimmed from my card a few months back and traced to this Walmart. All the way in Arkansas. I'm nowhere near this state. My card is always secure, and I never share my code with anyone. After reading all of these other reviews, it's a wonder this place is still open. This place functions just as well as a scam call center.

Have you ever faced the frustration of having a legitimate order cancelled by a retailer? I recently tried to purchase an item from Walmart, only to be informed that my order was cancelled due to being flagged by their credit and fraud team. Despite no evidence of fraudulent activity, Walmart kept cancelling my orders, even after multiple attempts to rectify the issue through customer service. It's disappointing to see a retailer prioritizing their security measures over their customers' satisfaction. As a result, I have decided to boycott Walmart and encourage others to do the same. Let's support businesses that prioritize customer service and satisfaction over their own policies.

I had my purse stolen out of my basket and got no help from the customer service. There was even a policeman not 6 feet away when it happened and he didn't see a thing. I had everything I own in that purse. I will never go to Walmart again.

It's all over the news, you fired a worker in your Mississippi location for reporting a toddler freezing, which was true. I guess since everyone was black, forget about the welfare of the child. Guarantee if all participants were white different outcome for all. The ppl are not able to boycott because that's probably the only grocery store, lose business oh well close the location. Thank God I have choices

What will it take for WalMart to reply to my posts, both public and private, on X/Twitter? I have left hundreds of posts, and they all are ignored. What will it take to get a reply?

It is a shame that only 2 Walmart employees could show up to handle a whole store with 3 greeters.. now i’m thinking if two employees could’ve made it to the store surely to goodness some of the associates could’ve got up and come in to help them and it was a full store. Parking lot was full that is no way to treat your employees, but we’re very grateful the two that showed up showed up and that was the Walmart in Lewisburg, Tennessee, Tennessee.

I am writing to bring a grave matter to your attention regarding an ongoing issue I've been facing with Walmart, and I am seeking your assistance in finding a resolution.Last July, I purchased a TV through the Walmart app, and everything seemed routine until I discovered an unauthorized monthly charge of $13 deducted from my account for the past seven months. Upon bringing this to Walmart's attention, I was met with disbelief and skepticism, insinuating that I was mistaken or dishonest. To prove my case, I promptly provided screenshots of my bank statements clearly showing the recurring charges. Despite presenting irrefutable evidence, Walmart has shockingly denied my request for a refund. This situation has left me feeling not only victimized but also deeply concerned about the lack of accountability from such a reputable company. What is particularly distressing is that Walmart would continue to charge me indefinitely, even though I made it abundantly clear that I was not utilizing their service. This ongoing financial drain has not only caused me significant distress but has also raised serious questions about Walmart's ethical business practices. In light of this disheartening experience, I have no choice but to involve my attorney to ensure that justice is served. The racially profiled and stolen feeling that I am left with is a heavy burden, and I feel compelled to bring attention to this matter.I kindly request your urgent intervention to help bring a resolution to this matter and shed light on the unjust treatment I have received from Walmart. Your support in this difficult situation would be immensely appreciated.
