Cops are here pretty often (there was a drug bust in the parking lot, photo of that fiasco in attachments), dog poop and pee and cigarette butts all over (photo also in attachments), my dog has been attacked while walking her outside our apartment, random dogs roam around (photo of pit bull that’s regularly left unattended in attachments), my car has been damaged twice in the parking lot, each apartment has a weird smell to it, they try to spray for roaches but it hasn’t worked yet. The only things I could commend this place for is its location and its quick maintenance response. We’ve slowly started hating living here. We dread coming home and it doesn’t feel comfortable at all.Update: I was a finally able to move out, but now I’m being threatened to pay an additional $940 in move out fees. I wish the AR attorney general would shut this company down already.

I lived at Walton crossing for 4 years. When I first moved in it was new and they watered the grass and things were kept up. As time went on I watched all the pretty grass and shrubs die off because they quit watering. Oh they do water up by the office. Theres more dog poop around than dogs , it’s disguisting. Also cig butts everywhere . Alarms go off all hours. If you want to hear your neighbor peeing above you this is the place to live. The noise of neighbors above me has been a problem . The police are always in the complex for some reason r other. A maintenance guy was in my apt once my daughter caught him. According to him and the office he was in the wrong building. Really? It took him being in my bedroom and someone entering my unit before he realized. I was the victim but treated as it was my fault. Ive woke up to a neighbor being handcuffed at 1:30 am in front of my bedroom for domestic. i witnessed the property manager last summer belittle a young woman at the pool, because of het bathing suit. it was the most un professional thing i have ever seen by management. she downright bullied that young woman. the girl left crying. yes dont expect the sidewalks stairs and parking to be cleared during snow. i was told to read the reviews when i decided to move . ive never been a review type but after my experience there im a believer now. i was never one day late on my rent and was going to move to another lindsey to upgrade to a two bedroom . the new place wasnt ready as it first stated walton crossing said they would work with me. yeah Lori that was you. then Brandy calls and asks what am i going to do. i said can you not let me stay week to week… no maam . anyway thats what i needed to final my decision to get away from lindsey. if you wsnt to have 7 r 8 people living in a two bedroom this is your place.. the four years i was there i watched this place go down quick. they will look you in the eye and tell you one tjing then do just the opposite . and the move out charges watch out im being charged for a damaged stovetop. ive got pictures of everything as i left there. the stove was in perfect shape. i took pics because of all the reviews. i was a great renter very quiet and neat. they dont care people they could care less … the management needs to go… i hope this helps anyone that wants a nice comfy place to call home to look elsewhere… the only thing i can say good is im gone and will fight this obsurd charge… believe all youve read on all the reviews because they are true.

Please Beware of the Scammers. Extortion! There is no proper information provided for the baseless charges imposed while moveout. Management knows everything and scamming the tenants with huge $$$$ almost costing month rent (forget about the security deposit). So, stay away. Better places nearby.

I don't live here, I wanted to make clear.I'm currently looking for a place and stumbled upon this apartments, they look decent and rent appears reasonable. I decided to read the reviews and I have changed my mind, I am no longer interested in this apartment complex. Sounds like a nightmare, reviews matter!

Clean apartments and amazing pool! Pool is great for kids, lots of options and areas for them to explore. For adults, lots of big screen tv's and seating options. Top notch!

Stay away. Extortion when you move out. And there is no reasoning. Almost sounds forced through employees who work there from corporate. But they know what they are doing. So, stay away. Better places nearby.

Our whole apartment building was infested with ants and the complex refused to do anything about it. Fire alarms go off almost every day, if it snows or there is ice the complex will not do anything about it (we had to buy salt ourselves because they wouldn't). Then when we moved out, I cleaned the place spotless & they still tried to charge us almost $900 in fees. I 100% do not recommend living here.

Lived at Walton Crossing for 6 months. I had a really good experience with Brandy who was one of the property managers. HOWEVER, I was absolutely wronged by the corporate office as I was hit with over $300 in fees by the complex (on top of losing the $250 security deposit). The claim was that "30%" of the carpet was damaged and couldn't be fixed by carpet cleaner. There were no carpet stains and before I left, I cleaned the place spotless, and made sure to let the property managers know that I wanted to walk the apt with them because I wanted no surprises (pictures below). However, they said they couldn't enter the apartment with me because of "Covid concerns"- which I understood. On top of this, I was charged $60 for "Lightbulb" replacements and for "Paint" because several bulbs had died while I lived there. All of this was outside of "cleaning fees" automatically taken out of the $250 deposit. In terms of living experience, I would say this was the WORST apartment I've ever lived in. The neighbors above and below me smoked pot everyday in their apartment and the smoke would funnel through the vents into my living space. Not once did I complain about that, but I wish I would have. On top of that, there were neighbors that would walk outside to let their dogs out in their underwear. Great sight to see in the morning if you're in to that. Really weird place to live and an obvious system that is designed to screw their tenants. I will be calling the corporate office until I am sent the photos showing damaged carpet because they are claiming that they cannot disclose them to me. THIS IS NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO LIVE!!! Stay away people of Bentonville.

The staff here are fraud. They will not hold upto what they will tell. I spoke to them when i decided to lease an apartment. They told me to pay application fee and security deposit and told me that security deposit is fully refundable if i decide not to rent it. I asked them clearly about the deposit and they said they will refund me back. Now i am not able to move in for employment reasons and called them for refund of deposit and they said they will not refund it.One of the worst community management. Don't pay any fees to them unless you decide to rent it. I never see any community keeping security deposit after leaving apartment unless there is damage to the unit. I didn't even moved there and didn't even signed the lease. Shame on this community management for taking people's money and giving false information.

Don’t rent here! The office doesn’t care about you or your requests or any needs. They don’t take care of the property when it is icy. I lived on the 3rd floor and when the big snow storm hit they didn’t treat anything. The stairs were a solid sheet of ice and the parking lot was a mess for over a week. This place is the literal worst. Seriously do not rent here.

This apartments are actually very decent ,swimming pools and gym are clean and staff for the most part is friendly.I do have to warn you about a lady I believe is the maintenance manager. She is complety rude and has no respect for anyone's personal property.this lady was messing with my sound speaker when I was listening to music in theswimming pool area.No one else had complained about the music and she just walked up and turned it my speaker off.In my opinion very rude behavior just talk to people dont touch their property. To sum this up she is the Karen no one needs for manager.

The worst apartments in the whole bentonvilleThe fire alarm keeps ringing on & off in the mid night without any reasonI have seen this for the 5th time around 2 or 3’o clock during the night and every time it is a false alarm. Fire trucks come & leave without finding any issues except the faulty sensors. Looks like they bought these sensors in a flee market or some sort of buy 1 get 10 free offer sale. Don’t even think of these apartments if you have any kids or pets or even any health issues. The volume of this stupid fire alarm during midnight itself can kill you if you have any cardiac issues.

You know, reviews really are usually only bad and not good. I will admit its not perfect but its really nice and really clean. Lets address some things i saw in other bad reviews, the fire alarms have gone off twice since ive been here ( 5 months ) i think one of them was a test because every building went off one at a time. The parking is ample, i myself havent had mold issues but I usually always have fans on and windows open so it shouldnt be a concern anyways. Ive never had issues with overflowing trash bins it gets dumped 1-2 a week. The maintenance guys cleans up the parking lot often from what ive seen. LOTS of familys and pets here. In my opinion its kinda of cool seeing the kids run around in the grass out front but thats just me. The gym is super clean and not usually busy. The pool is hit or miss, it’s beautiful but definitely not a “swimming” pool more like a lounge/kids pool deepest is 5feet in one corner... idk not much else i can think of. Really if you come here expecting a 5* resort with absolutely nothing you can nit pick your gonna be dissatisfied, but then again it doesnt cost 3,200$ a month like some appartments do. You definitely get a great value for the cost in my opinion

This apartment is so bad. Weeder Noise everyday.Six month later:(New update)This apartment is the worst apartment that I’ve ever lived. Walton crossing will never return the $250 deposit for you. They will put all unreasonable charges on your final bill.Story:My friend left the apartment a month ago, she told me that Walton crossing will charge everything that blows your mind includes bulbs, carpets cleaning, and wall painting even if you cleaned everything. So I was thinking I can clean everything, and replace unfunctional bulbs.First of all, my carpets are very clean, but I still use professional cleaning machine to clean it. Also I bought many bulbs to replace bulbs not working. However, the ridiculous Walton crossing deduced 10 dollars for bulbs saying some bulbs are not working. And Walton Crossing deducted almost $100 dollars for cleaning the carpets. (No idea what they are cleaning for). Walton crossing also charges $80 dollars for painting. (I believe the wall is clean without damage, but they still unreasonably charge it on my bill). Finally, sum everything, all the amount of my deposit is charged, and I own them 1 dollar. I feel disappointed on what they did. They just want to take advantage from renters and charge everything that they can.Don’t live at here. I hope I can give 0 star if I can.
