“I had a great experience with this business today. While enroute to their location to transport a vehicle, I encountered an unforeseen delay. I realized that I would not arrive by closing time. My dispatcher reached out and J & R immediately agreed to complete all necessary paperwork electronically and allow me to pick up the vehicle after office hours. When I did arrive, I was met and assisted by two very helpful and smiling gentlemen who made sure that I was accommodated. J & R, your customer service and kindness did not go unnoticed this evening.
