3rd time in a row of ordering delivery and my expensive order was missing an item. I pay a lot of money to feed my family so I don’t see why Taco Bell has to hire incompetent people that can’t get an order right and put all the correct food in a bag, as if it’s hard. Maybe ” reading “ should be a requirement for working at Taco Bell. Things are too expensive these days to get shorted on a food order?

Took 20 minutes to get four burritos... Only to find out that the people told their manager that they made my order when they never did.

This place has the slowest service!! For somewhere that you have no other choice but to order online or with the touch screen ( very lacking) the personal touch!! 30 minutes to get fast food is way to long! 3 people running the place is obviously not enough someone needs to evaluate this place.

The food was good. The kiosk worked. The lobby was clean. Mission accomplished.

While ordering all you hear is the staff cussing and complaining on how annoying the people are who are ordering in the drive thru. You also hear them complain that people order too much. Not a happy place to be I

We stopped by on our way from picking up a rescue puppy, just for a quick bite on the road. It wasn’t very good, most Taco Bell’s are better. but there wasn’t much around the area so as far as all the options go, we’d probably still stop at this location.

I hat not talking to a person to take my food order and the lack of menu signs to display what you have to offer inside the store.

Don’t expect fast food if you order to eat in or carry out. Drive thru get priority and that means one person to do all the eat in and carry out orders. Also I’ve never been there when the mango tea wasn’t out of syrup. So if you want it fast go through the drive thru or order on the app to pick up in the drive through. Otherwise you get to stand there watching one person slowly making orders

I came through drive through.I ordered as follows:1 beef chalupa, no tomatoes + Add spicy ranch1 soft taco , no tomatoes + Add spicy ranch1 beef chalupa, no tomatoes2 beef supreme chalupas1 mexican pizza with onions2 Dr peppers1 water1 strawberry lemonadeIt was $44 and change.Got my order, im missing 1 chalupaThe others i got had tomatoes.(my wife is allergic to tomatoes) so i went back through drive thru, explained i just came through and im missing a chalupa. Attendant disagreed with me that i was missing one. I assured him that i in fact was missing one because i ordered 4 total and i have 3 in my bag. I was missing the chalupa with no tomatoes and spicy ranch. Pulled up to the window, got the taco, and proceeded home.Once i got home the taco was wrong still, as it was loaded with sour cream instead of spicy ranch like I asked, and it had tomatoes.Needless to say my wife didnt get to eat because of whoever inside making food isnt paying attention and doesnt have enough ambition to focus on the quality of work they produce. I paid almost $45 on drive through tacos, thats rediculous. If thats the price, then i expect the food i purchased to be accurate.I dont know if its:- who trained them- whos listening to orders and entering them in the system- the food preps themselves, that dont care as soon as the shift manager is away- or its the system itself malfunctioningTruth is it doesnt matter. How the employees perform reflects the expectations of the manager, period.Everyone in that building makes $12+ an hour. Show some ambition, get it together. I wont be back for food in that time frame any longer. If i was in the managers shoes, i would have a very serious meeting with the night crew on 8-4-23.
